The Beaches Hotel

As you'd expect with a name like The Beaches, the hotel is located right on the beachfront, and our room has a sea view. It's clean and tidy with all the usual facilities you'd expect from a decent hotel. Breakfast is well organised, and there's a choice of meals from the extensive menu. Our afternoon tea on the day we arrived at the hotel was lovely, and we were able to take our leftovers with us to consume later that evening. We did eat in the restaurant on another evening and found the food and service were excellent. The hotel is well decorated throughout, and I'd be happy to stay here again. We've had a great time at The Beaches Hotel.

Lovely ladies at reception, helpful bar and cleaning staff, very clean room ( our triple room had very nice spacious bathroom), we enjoyed the swimming pool both mornings before breakfast. And the view - Gorgeous! Free WiFi and parking. My son wants to go again next summer.

The team at the Beaches couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. We stayed here around a running event and they were great accommodating our early breakfast request, helping us with a last minute taxi and generally very kind and welcoming.
The location is lovely. We went for a sea view room and loved it as you are practically on the beach and can enjoy the sound of the waves as you go to sleep.
The room and hotel itself was good/fine. The walls seemed quite thin so you could probably get unlucky with noisy neighbours. Thankfully ours settled down at a normal hour :) You get hot drink facilities and a decent shower. All in line with the price point so we were happy. And a smart TV!

We had a great weekend at The Beaches. The room was spotlessly clean and had every facility you could want. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and was served by a very efficient and friendly team. We will definitely be staying again soon.

With its fantastic food and brilliant service, it's a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a quality meal in a welcoming atmosphere. Lovely place , clean rooms ( needed a black out curtain as the lights from hotel were bright ) breakfast cooked to order .
Hotel bar on 1st floor overlooks the lovely beach , £6 a pint ...come on ...that London prices .
Had a lovely meal, not overpriced and lots of it .

Please don’t let the bad reviews put you off staying at the fabulous hotel as I can assure you that all complaints have definitely been addressed . Booked this hotel as a last minute weekend break . Wasn’t sure what to expect as we aren’t into achades and and holiday camps . We were very pleasantly surprised as the hotel is literally situated on a wonderful sandy beach . There is a small arcade and children’s play facilities a short walk up the beach for those who like them .
Our room was a standard double and it was amazing . Spectacular views from 3 windows. Super clean complete with everything you need .
The restaurant is where this hotel really shines, There was a large private party on our first night so the kitchen must have been very busy yet our food was delicious so much so that we decided to eat in the following evening. Breakfast was served fresh from the kitchen and was wonderful and very filling.
The staff are excellent and friendly.
We have now decided that this is our go to getaway and will definitely recommend it to everyone.
We are particularly looking forward to when the indoor pool facilities are open after the refurbishment.

Lovely hotel right on the seafront. Went here to do a course and the food and staff were brilliant. Will call again.

Was treated by my sins for mother's day. It was set out lovely. A gift for me and my daughter in law as we were mums. But they didn't leave out my other daughter in law. ( Sons gf but my family)

Stayed in the hotel a few weeks ago for my birthday.
Brilliant hotel and friendly staff. There was a birthday card waiting in my room on arrival which was a lovely surprise and very thoughtful. Room was excellent. Would definitely stay here again

Had our wedding here on 5th July 2024, absolutely brilliant, we are locals , all our guests from afar stayed and could not fault it, amazing staff, beautiful location, very professional, made our special day so memorable 😁

We have just enjoyed a 2 night stay in a comfortable room. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed a meal with friends who live in Prestatyn, the food was delicious, perhaps on the large size for elderly with smaller appetite. The breakfasts were similarly delicious and we were able to invite our friends to join us for on our last morning. The ambiance and comfort of the hotel is excellent.

Brilliant stay! We're a family of 5 (kids 13, 11 & 8) and stayed for two nights. The room was nice, clean and had everything you'd expect. Location was really good, right on the beach (we got lucky with the weather and actually had a swim in the sea in October). Pool was really good, very warm and the kids loved it - and breakfast was excellent too. Bonus points for the staff, everyone was really friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely recommend

Had a lovely Latte, as all the easy chairs in the bar area were taken the bar staff carried my latte down to the foyer where there was plenty of chairs.
Had a lovely stay this time with some nice food. New swimming pool is great maybe some higher chairs for the less able to get up from sun loungers. Very helpful staff.
Great views from the hotel and great place to wander down the beach

We stopped at Beaches Hotel to have lunch on a chilly Wednesday. We were greeted by a lovely member of staff on the reception desk who directed us to the dining area. The dining room is lovely and I can imagine sitting on the outside balcony sipping a cocktail on a warmer day. I wasn't hungry so I opted for a hot chocolate whilst hubby ordered soup served with a bread roll. He reports it was delicious 😋. We didn't see the bedrooms but the dining room deserves 5 stars. The member of staff who served us was delightful. We will return to The Beaches Hotel but next time we will stay overnight.

Visited here some 15 years ago on two separate occasions and loved it. We returned recently to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and the experience was fantastic. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Staff were brilliant, friendly and very attentive. The room was fresh and clean, our meal on the Saturday night was excellent. Tasty and delicious, again staff were brilliant. All in all this hotel comes highly recommended from myself and my wife.
