Paul has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I’m a first time buyer and he’s never made me feel silly for not knowing certain things, which I definitely felt from other mortgage brokers I spoke to. Paul was absolutely amazing. Right from the start of buying a house that needed a specialised mortgage he went above and beyond. No question was too silly or daft!(I asked quite a few!) He explained everything every step of the way. He answered messages/emails extremely quickly. As a 1st time buyer, buying through covid it was a long process. Covid held it up but we got there thanks to Paul. Now 2 years on, I contacted Paul once again for help finding the best deal what with interest rates rising etc. He didn't disappoint. I highly recommend Paul for all your mortgage needs. We aren't the most straight forward of applicants, but nothing was too much trouble for him. He was always quick to respond to any emails and kept me up to date whenever there was word from the mortgage company. He arranged various insurances for us in preparation for completion and would provide a number of options and clearly talk through them all. I will most definitely be returning when our mortgage term ends or sooner if we needed any other insurances put in place.

I had been very worried and cautious when I had seen my credit rating on a couple of credit score data bases. However From my initial visit to their website Paul was always extremely quick at responding, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Although I encountered a couple of issues from the provider along the way he was very knowledgeable, very helpful and reassuring, I will be using them in the future without a doubt, if I had ‘gone it alone’ I would have almost certainly been turned down and harmed my credit score further. I cannot believe I’m writing this but after years and years of being told we couldn’t get a mortgage we have received our mortgage offer this evening!

Paul has been absolutely amazing every step of the way, he’s very thorough with paper work at the beginning making sure he has everything in place which has in the long run made the full application so much easier! Me and my husband have been told for years that a mortgage would be possible however we could need a 20-25% deposit after speaking to Paul he was confident he could get us one with just a 10% deposit and he’s done it!!!

He has kept us informed every few days, even if there wasn’t much to report.

Where can I even begin with how amazing our service from Paul Seed has been?!
He has been with us from the very beginning when we were just starting our house buying journey and wanted advice on things like deposit amounts and credit do's and dont's, through all the ups and downs of house hunting, putting in offers and having them always go for a someone else's offer he managed to reassure us and keep positive throughout, to us finally finding our dream home and having our offer excepted.
Unfortunately things still didn't run smoothly and due to factors that complicated our case such as one of us being self employed and the other receiving salaried pay as well as bank pay and enhancements which the lender was quibbling we had to go with a higher deposit and different lender than originallyplanned. Paul managed to turn this around for us very quickly and secure us a great mortgage offer with Santander.
He responds very quickly to an questions or queries even in unsociable hours which was perfect for me working nights and gives realistic advice and problem solving ideas when needed. We wouldn't of got here without him!
