Vets4Pets Basildon Pitsea 24/7 Hospital

Went to get our 12 year old female cat chipped as it's now a legal requirement. Very clean,tidy and modern looking (well it should be with some of the bills they charge 😂🤬)
The staff were very pleasant , as was the young vet/veterinary nurse.
Chip cost is reasonable , takes a second and is just an injection into the scuff of the neck. She also weighed the cat and checked her over (my inner distrust assumed looking for more businesses 😂😂😂 but thats probably just me)
Total cost £20. Cat slept a lot afterwards, but then again, cats do

Always 5 Star treatment from all staff. They genuinely care and always do the best. The treatment options and facilities are excellent too. It's such peace of mind knowing that someone is there 24/7 if we need them.

Can't fault them. Excellent service and caring staff. Dr Shola performed the Luxating Patella surgery on our Yorkie and she'snow running around like a puppy.

Very friendly team. Definitely animal lovers. Visited recently for our Cat who has somehow dislocated her toe. Very clear on how to provide the best care and was happy to answer my always many questions. Xrays were needed and was very costly but they are our family at the end of the day and would do anything for our pets. When we went back for a follow up appointment the vet could of opted for the most expensive option but he was true and said our cat was well and making good recovery. He had our cats best interest at heart.

I would 100% recommend the vets4pets hospital to everybody. They saw my poorly dog so quickly and without them acting so fast it might have been a different story. Nothing was too much for them, I did keep calling to see how he was doing and they didn’t even moan how many times I rung! Special mention to Lisa - she went above and beyond for our Lenny & kept me updated even all through the night, I hope I don’t have to bring Lenny to hospital again, but if I ever do it will definetly be this team & this hospital :) many thanks Hollie and Neil Wyatt x x

Dog took a turn late at night Lisa Answered the call and was amazing from the first call right until we got the Dog back into the car after seeing Carlos the vet. His manner was amazing doing his best to calm our dog and give a thorough examination and explanation of the situation. Couldn't of asked for more from them both !

All of the staff, from vets, nurses and receptionists at this practice have been amazing. Kind, caring and giving lots of pupdates while our fur baby was in hospital. Thank you all so much

Expensive choice if you haven't got pet insurance
So would highly recommend it otherwise it hits the pocket insurance saved me £4395 less 20% which you have to pay.

I don’t usually rant on too much when I review but I must make sure these guys are given the absolute credit they deserve. After a horrible incident with my precious vets, my beautiful soppy Rottweiler developed an extreme fear and anxiety with the vets. He associated it with nothing but bad things. After signing up with Vets4pets at Pitsea, I took him for his castration and I was utterly blown away with the entire team but especially the absolutely amazing Lisa. She showed absolute patience and understanding of Magnus, she made him feel safe and comfortable and by the time his sedation was administered had him turned from a wildly frightened and reactive dog to a calm placid softie again. She went above and beyond and then even further for us and stayed over 2hrs past her shift to be there for him and make the whole process as safe and pleasant for him. She is an absolute credit to Vets4Pets and has entirely changed the whole vets visit for us. Thurston was amazing as were Imogen and the entire team.

All in all I have no words to express my happiness and gratitude to the entire team. A proper vets run by real experts

Used this store for 14 years or more, staff always great, always helpfully, however I would not recommend buying fish from there, great prices but I have had trouble every time ☹ but everything else 100%

Highly recommend this vets. Ivy was admitted 10pm Monday night as an emergency patient. The care she has received has been excellent. She was extremely sick, their quick response saved her life. We appreciated the updates, which were many, especially the 7am to let us know how she had faired overnight. Thank you again to all the staff, you deserve a big pat on the back Joy Footer and Ivy

I'm so impressed they are very caring and efficient, I had to take my daughters cat there on a Sunday eve they were so kind can't fault them. Their facilities are 2nd to none

My Springer Spaniel had a bad accident recently playing in the woods. As all the staff were brilliant I would like to thank Erica who looked after my lovely Spaniel called Rocky. She was brilliant. Thanks so much for your help and kindness. Xx

Staff are just so lovely, were really helpful in determining whether my cat was an emergency , after that very quick care.
We were sent constant updates and reassurance with every small step, even little details like what sort of bowls, food and blankets he prefers were checked and put in place :) now he’s on the mend and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for making our Maxie Moose feel so much better again!

Also, the dogs are kept at a distance from other small animals (including cats) which makes everything a lot less stressful

Very caring people. Had to call upon their services late on a sunday evening in order to put our beloved Sally out of pain and put to sleep.

Brilliant vets save ours dogs lives on more than 1 occasion over the last few years we have always found the vets professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable with speedy appointments, diagnosis and treatment plans that are fully explained and backed with a 24/7 on call service! "Many Thanks" to all the staff that have helped with our dogs especially Erica who two of our Dobemans are very grateful to this week! 🤩

As always the staff are so polite and caring. I couldn't wish for more. Both my bunnies are starting to relax more each time they come here.

Very lovely staff. Took great care of little siddy, diagnosing pancreatitis. It's just disappointing at the price we had to pay for all the treatment

Very friendly vet team. Our puppy has just had cherry eye surgery and they have been brilliant. After many visits with being poked and examined, our puppy is still happy going in for belly rubs and fuss.

After a very distressful evening the wonderful Lisa and Carlos not only cared for our cat Tiggy but put out minds at ease throughout the entire process.

Lisa was very calming on the phone, incredibly attentive and clearly loved her job.
Carlos was so gentle and informative and thoroughly explained the next steps for Tiggy’s care.
We were surprised at how reasonable the emergency care charges were and along with the amazing service it’s save to say you have a new customer for life.
