George's Cafe

I come here every weekend and have been coming here over 10 years. The food is always fresh and hot! The staff are always polite every single staff has manners and is very well spoken, the atmosphere is always perfect, even when I take my screaming 1 year old lol everyone is always patient with her! Oh and they make the best coffee in Basildon! I highly recommend this place! It’s never done me any problem and has been here for many years!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great place and good location...always freshly cut bakery bread unlike the plastic hovis breads other cafes do.

My hubby and I on rare occasions have been out for breakfast. We always go there, in pitsy in Basildon. You can have set meals or choose want you want. It's reasonably priced though has gone up with pandemic and energy etc. Overall, good food and if you fancy a treat go for breakfast there.

Loved my breakfast here, friendly staff who looked after us and the food was well cooked, tasty and just as I like, yes recommend George's to anybody and will be going back.

Great food and great value for money this place is a cut above your typical greasy spoon. Service is friendly and the food is freshly cooked with only a short wait. Had a full cooked breakfast for under a fiver and I like the fact that you could add extra items or creat your own as you pleased.

I go to George's cafe occasionally the food is always good and the staff are nice and friendly they do a good breakfast. And the pie mash and liquer is very nice here as well. They do have quite a big menu with a roast included in it very reasonably priced. They also have a toilet.
