Just purchased a car from the Stoke branch. No pressure to buy. Car was well prepared to view. Chris sold us the car and was very friendly, explained everything in detail and was a thoroughly nice chap. From arrival to view the car to leaving with it was just under 2 hours. Very happy with the experience and the car.

James the sales executive was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and very knowledgeable and he needs to go higher up the ladder. All the staff are very professional and helpful. Really recommend this place if you are thinking of buying a car

I bought a car from V12 Sports And Classics - Stoke, and I could write a good letter if I had a lot of time, but I will focus on specifics and give them an opinion that should be of the highest standard. A very responsible, verbal and very helpful company in solving all the problems we encounter when buying the next car of our dreams. I recommend this Garage to other people. I am satisfied with the purchase and will definitely come back there for another car in some time. They are nice, everything is fine until you purchase a vehicle from them. After the purchase is just no chance to talk with them.
In the showroom it was presented for me a paint protection package with inside impermeability protection as well.
The presentation was just wow, I was saying I need this, I have 2 kids so is perfect. I paid £300 for it and they did it in 15 minutes the whole car, inside and outside!!!! Ridiculous!!!
Of course, I made a complain but I still can't reach them because nothing what they showed me in the showroom is absolutely not applicable on my car. I poured water on the seats and in seconds all the water goes inside the chair. Outside is a same, no protector at all!!!
I still want my money back.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! From start to finish… Deal done same day. Drove down in our PX, returned home with our new car.

Dealt mainly with James who got the deal finalised aided by Zach the Branch Manager. Both a credit to V12 and to the motor industry! Car presented well at fairly late notice (They only received car in stock a day prior), no pushiness at all, handed to keys to look at the car in our own time, test drove offered happily

Very professional, also very accommodating. We came down with our two young sons as it was the Easter Holidays plus was a very family car purchase so needed approval haha! Let’s just say they started getting rather boisterous at times for sure! But Zach & James were very polite & understanding about this even though the showroom was starting to get turned into a play gym!

The deal itself was a VERY fair PX price after some slight negotiating between Myself, James & Zach who got us the price mark we wanted but could also work for them from a business POV. Couldn’t ask for better! Lots of nice add ons available too if wanted with purchase.

100% Recommend V12 Stoke, Great variation of fantastic condition used cars on the forecourt, suitable for a wide range of customer and most importantly up at VERY FAIR market prices.

The Stoke branch are fantastic! I had one problem after another with a car I'd purchased from them.. they honoured their 30 day guarantee and sorted the problem with a car exchange. It was difficult to get through to aftersales but Adam tried his best to get through to them also to get the problem solved.
