Lovely store, foodhall is really nice, spotlessly clean, food very nice and tea was lovely, you get 2 cups from the pot. Staff serving were very good, its a little pricey but not complaining as it was so nice. There is an outdoor seating area overlooking the canal which will be lovely in summer.

Fantastic service from the lovely Staff in the cafe on lunchtime. I was mid way through a 100km+ ultra and they looked after me, served nice yummy food promptly and the coffee did wonders. So nice to get my water bottles filled up.

I would like to compliment and thank the gentleman who assisted me this morning.
I had about half a dozen items in my basket and went to queue at a till. This gentleman came over to me looked at my basket and took me through the self service section, actually scanning each item for me. He was very pleasant and jovial, unfortunately I forgot to look at his name badge, but it was around 09.15. His customer service was brilliant and I thoroughly enjoyed our short chat. Thank you very much. This restores one’s faith in human nature.

No queues, sanitized trollies and stations not crowded at all. Felt very safe. Some good meal deals including a roast and 2 sides £8 and picked up a few bargains too. Happy shopper

Modern, well laid out and with a good selection. Plenty of parking, unfortunately it's paid parking, but with good wheelchair access. There's also a very pleasant cafe to sit in. The only slight minus point for us was the price of some foodstuffs. Yes they're nice quality but we can buy equally nice foods cheaper at local supermarkets.

Really like this place. Typical good quality M&S food. Staff are very friendly. Car park is free for 2 hours, which is more than enough to shop and visit the cafe. Cafe is small but there is an outdoor seating area so in the better weather you can sit outside and watch the narrowboats going past on the canal, which is usually quite busy.

Consistantly, good quality produce in this convenient store. There is also a cafe, and a click and collect counter.

I love a m&s food hall , perfect for picking up something a bit different and delicious, always good quality products, and it's great for watching all the other customers pretending to be posh 🤣😂🤣
Oh and the car park is extremely tight

Great m&s food hall. Always well stocked and has a good selection of products considering its size. There is a cafe as well which does good coffee and a cake and has seats outside facing the canal. Staff are always really friendly and helpful

Just been In for lunch I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the quick service we received from a particular member of Staff called Tace.

Me and my colleague was in a rush due to work commitments we asked about the delay as they was so busy . A lovely customer let us go first too . We got are food within 5 minutes thanks to Tace and her team .they was also so happy & polite

This is like walking into another world!!!!! All the staff are soooo nice in there. Everyone greets you, helps you and wants to check how you are. This is constant too, we visit a couple of times a week and they are always the same. Well done Stone, a brilliant example of customer service.

Absolutly amazing!! My 16 month old was very poorly in the cafe so asked for a mop ect to clean up lady came over with tissues ect and started to clean up offered to do it for her she refused my help told me to look after my little boy ect told me nearest place to get him clothes from as he was poorly all over them. Wish had got her name she was amazing!! Thank you so much

Typical bright and clean M&S with great quality food. Now my routine to stock up on the mini bean/grain salads for work day lunches. Very tasty, healthy, convenient and good value.

Lovely clean store, beside the canal, great parking, nice cafe. Top quality food, cheaper than Morrisons and Coop. Plenty of Staff and very friendly, service is excellent.

A pleasure to shop in this M&S. Very friendly and helpful staff and the shelves are always well stocked. Added bonus is that it is only a few minutes drive from Aston Marina where our boat is moored.

Date was 25th March 7pm My first visit in the area ,needed a quick lunch,Outstanding service ,From the bouncer at the doors ,to the lovely helpful ladies stocking up ,To My main man Mark at the cashier, All were lovely ,Beautiful smiles ,Very clean ,Well layed food hall , Cheese plough man sandwich was fresh and delightful, Well done guys,Whenever I deliver in the area again,My first delivery will be here ,loading my belly with some lovely sandwiches

Not too busy, helpful staff. Lovely choice of food. Treated us to lemon buns and some bargain reduced items for the freezer . . Plenty of parking on a Tuesday morning. Weekend usually busier.

Really impressed with the layout and variety in store. They seem to have thought about everything. Simple to find what we were looking for and the staff were both friendly and helpful. Will certainly use again.
