The team at Tile Giant Crawley were super helpful and friendly. I couldn't decide and they helped me with making the decision and then with the trimmings and grout. They have a great choice of tiles and will help you to your car and parking is right there, so its very easy. I absolutely LOVE my tiles.

Hugely impressed with the staff at Tile Giant Crawley. They were extremely helpful when we were purchasing our tiles. I had a follow up call later that day to arrange delivery, and then a call a couple of days after the delivery to check all was ok with our purchase. I’ve not experienced customer service of this standard elsewhere so thank you to the team at Crawley. I will definitely recommend to anybody.

The team at Tile Giant Crawley were brilliant, all the way from initial purchase through to returning a few boxes of tiles when our bathroom fitters had over ordered for what we needed. Each staff member we dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic about their work.

We will definately be using them again when it comes to renovation of our second bathroom in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service from Sandra and the team. Great customer service, very professional with a very friendly touch. This was to be my first job tiling and had lots of questions which the team had no problem at all answering. The advice was great and the guys were very very helpfull, bought everything I needed from the shop and the work has come out really good so far. Wouldn't go anywhere else from now on.

Fantastic service from Sandra. She dealt with our last minute decisions and organised all the delivery very well. We bought some great quality tiles to put on the floor and wall. Now our kitchen is starting to take shape!

We were looking for some tiles for our kitchen and popped into Top Tiles to see what they had. The staff were really helpful and had some great suggestions. We bought some samples to take home and then went back and purchased what was needed. They also suggested colours for grout and sealant which finished the tiling off really nicely.

We had a couple of boxes left over and had not problem getting a refund. The staff in the Crawley store couldn't of been more helpful. Thank you for all your help.

Fantastic choice of tiles at very reasonable prices. The team at Tile Giant Crawley are excellent. I have dealt with both Sandra and Josh who are extremely knowledgeable and offer some great insight to help make the right choice before buying. Sandra in particular cannot do enough for you really makes the effort to make sure you are happy with the products and service you have received.

After ordering the tiles are delivered to store within a few days so you can get on with your project quickly – outstanding!

I have visited Tile Giant Crawley on a few occasions and every time has been a pleasure. Sandra and Louise are so polite, helpful and very friendly. Sandra gave me excellent advise and helped me find my perfect tiles. Both ladies carried huge/heavy tiles to my car for me. Their customer service is impeccable. Thank you for making a daunting task so much easier for me.

Totally blown away with the entire team at Tile Giant in Crawley. What great customer service!! All of the people I had dealings with there were so helpful and full of good advice. I'd strongly recommend Sandra (the manager) and her team to anyone looking at buying / designing. They have a very good range of tiles and as I say, so helpful. 10 out of 10. It's not often I would take the time to write a review, but their exceptional customer service really made me want to write this and such a rare occurrence these days (sadly).

Sandra and her staffs are very friendly and professional.
Always attentive to all customers even if they are very busy.
Huge choices of tiles available and if there is any problems (like chipped tiles that sometimes can happen during the transportation)they promptly acted.

What an impressive lady!!!! I had placed an order online having not viewed the tiles for real. We got to the shop and our order was ready to collect. I explained I wished to see them before I accepted the order. I was ushered to the tiles to view and had cold feet -:they were much darker than in the image I had viewed. But this lady came over and explained that they were distorted by the showroom light. She picked one up and took it to the rear door to see in natural daylight and she was right! She carefully balanced the load in our car with18 metres of 600mm square tiles. And sent us safely on our way. And she was so right they look perfect in our bathrooms! Best customer service we've had for a long time. So thank you so much for your help.

Excellent service! Needed bathroom tiles quickly as hadn't found what I wanted having looked online and in lots of other shops. Sandra and her team were incredibly helpful, knew their stock inside out, showed me all the options, and found exactly what I needed in less than 10 minutes. She organised free delivery two days later, it all arrived in excellent condition and on time for my builders and she even phoned to check that everything was in order and had arrived safely. Very impressed. Will visit them before I go anywhere else in future!

Excellent service! I used Tile Giant, Crawley throughout our recent house refurbishment project and have found Sandra and her colleagues extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Sandra was excellent in recommending and suggesting designs for our bathrooms and kitchen and getting hold of stock quickly though also holding stock for us in the warehouse when we had a delay and didn't have room to store them at our property. I would have no hesitation using them again in the future.

I'd give 6 Stars if I could...
I visited the Orpington branch of Tile Giant hunting for a certain tile, but unfortunately they only had 40 in stock and I needed 200. Never fear though, they called the Crawley branch and Super Sandra picked up and told me she had 600 of them and she promised not to sell them all in the next hour if I was quick :D got to love that kind of humour. I drove down there and was greeted by Sandra and Louise having a cuppa at the till. They had the tiles ready for me and helped me load them on to the back of the car. Honestly what a cracking service from both branches. Then to top it off, when I went to pay it turns out I qualified for a discount which paid for the fuel I used to drive down there.

Had the most fantastic experience with Sandra today in store, went in with very little idea of what I needed, and came out with a complete and detailed plan. She was so patient and helpful and her knowledge was amazing! Would recommend 100%

The staff are always so helpful and friendly Sandra in particular, and really give useful advice always .
We travel to use this store as there customer service is amazing and we will always continue to use them .

I bought my mosaic tiles from here recently. They look fantastic with my tiles and cannot wait for my whole bathroom to be done in order to see the finished product. Josh, or should I say Mr Creative interior designer - we got there in the end!! Sandra, thanks for your overall support and your endearing smile.
