Caring compassionate staff from Reception/Admin through to the Health Care Professionals. Cannot recommend highly enough, as the Practice have been extremely supportive to me during my recent illness

- Friendly staff.
- Ability to book routine appointments on line, and will see you urgently if there is genuine need.
- Will visit elderly patients who struggle to get to the surgery.
- All doctors I have seen have been caring, actively listen and involve you in the decision-making.

Love this doctors! Went to a previous bexleyheath one before that was .. less than great so was nervous when transferring here after Uni. Nan recommended though so I decided to go with it.
For one, the receptionists are LOVELY, i tend to get a bit worked up and they keep me calm and always make me feel like i’m not a bother. They take their time with me to make sure I understand, and are just all around very polite.
Seen a few doctors so far (can’t remember any names sorry!) But they’ve been so kind when dealing with sensitive subjects and have ensured i feel comfortable and calm as well.

Everyone here is so kind and helpful. More doctors should be like this, would recommend to anyone who asked

The reception staff are super helpful and can usually give useful advice. Sometimes it borsn’t need to go all the way to a doctor

My husband had a lot of contact with the Doctors and Nurses till his death. They looked after him with compassion and kindness.

Had a small surgical procedure on my face & the whole experience from start to finish was nothing but of the highest quality. Very conciderate, informative & professional service received with the utmost care from the Doctor as well as the Nurse present. Thanks again.

You can also get through on the phone which cannot be taken for granted these days..!

My parents and I registered with the surgery back in September last year. Though there have been a few issues, the thing that has disappointed me the most, has been the attitude of the receptionists. I can only imagine how difficult the last 2 years have been for them and what they have had to endure. However, I have been a receptionist and in customer service for over 40 years and no matter what industry or profession you are in, as first point of call, you are the difference between a good call and a bad one. You can make someone feel better or worse. Even if you can't offer a solution, courtesy, and a caring attitude goes a long way. At Plas Meddyg, I have been greeted with indifference, impatience and incompetence. Until today when I called the surgery and spoke to Hazel. She is the epitome of what a good receptionist should be. Thank you Hazel. The five stars are for you.

I have recently joined from another surgery after moving and have only had a couple of dealings with this surgery but so far i can’t fault them. They are super caring and kind especially nurse Wunmi. What an amazing lady!

As a long time patient of this surgery I have seen it move from strength to strength and expand over the years. Starting as a small family run practice to a surgery now with a wide range of services and new doctors. It is still however, very much run around the patient, with practitioners at all levels who actually listen to you. I know doctor's receptionists have always been a targets for jokes, but these ladies are superb and will go out of their way to help you. If you are looking for a GP in the Bexley area I would highly recommend Plas Meddyg as both a family doctor with a wide range of services and one that is facing up well to the ever changing climate of the NHS. 10/10

New to the area. Registered with Plas Meddyg. Staff approachable and efficient. Long wait making an appointment to see a doctor, but system seems to work and team clearly doing all they can in difficult times.

I felt relieved and affirmed after an appointment with Dr Ralph recently. His competence, experience and professionally caring manner give me confidence in his quality service at Plas Meddyg, BEXLEY .
