My son's Mac book Pro crashed unexpectedly and wouldn't turn back on. I took it to a local repairer who failed to repair it and said it would probably need a new board?
I decided to look further afield and came across Apple Bay who were highly recommended. I spoke to Gonzalo on the phone and he sounded a really nice honest guy. It was a ninety mile round trip to Camberley for me, but I am so glad I chose to make that journey. From the moment I arrived Gonzalo was fantastic and looked at the computer while I waited. He put the motherboard under a microscope and was able to identify the exact individual components that were faulty. Gonzalo skillfully repaired the board therefore avoiding a costly replacement. He realized I had travelled quite a distance and went out of his way to help me. The computer was repaired with no loss of data and is now working fine all at a very reasonable cost.

there are no better places to take your macbook to in the south if you have a serious problem.

If I could give Gonzalo 10 ⭐ I would!! What a lovely, genuine & caring man. I broke my Mac book screen & was in absolute bits trying to get it repaired but couldn’t afford to go through Apple direct. Gonzalo showed me different screens & offered to put each on individually whilst I waited, despite his already huge work load! We had a lovely chat & I could see he showed real empathy towards my situation. Gonzalo you rescued a woman in dyer need of help & for that I am so very grateful. What a great guy Gonzalo is! I started yesterday with a major pc issue... and ended the day with the problem diagnosed and fully explained (it was serious!) and a replacement provided with all data properly transferred. I was back up and running within hours. This guy knows his stuff - I highly recommend.

After an unsuccessful trip to curry’s where they wiped all the data from my MacBook and still couldn’t solve the problem I decided to give Apple-Bay a go after reading the reviews and I’m so happy I did, they managed to fix the problem and explained everything to me in a way that someone who isn’t great with tech can understand. My five year old iMac, with a Fusion drive, had been getting progressively slower and after two unsuccessful visits to the Apple store at Basingstoke, where the Genius Bar staff were starting to suggest that I needed a new machine, I searched on YouTube for a possible solution and the suggestion was to get the hard drive replaced with an SSD drive. Apple-Bay did the job in 24 hours, including re-partitioning the drive so I can also run Windows. Very happy with their service and my machine is now running fine. Their view is that my iMac should now last for another five years, so I’ve probably saved about £1,000.

My MacBook had issues with the battery and wasn't turning on. I took it to Apple Bay for a battery replacement where I was served by Josh and Gonzo. Within the next day, the battery was replaced and the MacBook was delivered to my house which I was really impressed about. Josh was excellent and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Really great service from the guys at Apple Bay. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely first class service. My MacBook Air was completely trashed after a failed upgrade and all of my data was lost, yes and no recent backup!
Gonzalo worked his magic, upgraded my hard drive and recovered every last byte of data off the corrupted drive, I can't thank him enough. The price was unbelievably low for all the work he had done. Very impressed. Thank you.

I’m so impressed with the level of customer service Apple Bay provides! I went into the shop on a Monday afternoon with an iMac that just died on me and they were able to replace my hard-drive, restore my time machine back up and repair another faulty external HD all ready for me to pick up next morning. They were also very generous with their time and extremely willing to offer me all the advice I needed!

Sold my 2013 iMac today. The whole process was easy. I was sent a box to secure it in which was collected the next day.
I rated my iMac as an A grade. After their evaluation it was graded as a B but it they explained why and provided evidence.

On acceptance of the final quote the money was transferred immediately. The price I was given exceeded my expectations (and 4 times what Apple was offering) so I’m happy.

Great computer repair service in Camberley. My iMac was running extremely slow and Apple-Bay advised me I needed to upgrade the hard drive. They put a solid state drive in there and now it's running smoother than ever. Feels like a new machine and it only took 2 days. If I could rate 6 stars, I would!

Cannot recommend enough.
I had water damage on my MacBook Pro and it would not turn on. The Apple Store had quoted me £700+ to get the machine fixed (and took 2 weeks just to tell me what was going on) - and I was desperate, that was the end of my computer. I then searched on the internet for a potential alternative to rescue it and I read very good reviews for Apple Bay so I decided to give it a try, I had nothing too lose.
It was the best decision ever. Gonzalo is a lovely person and he was super helpful in showing me step by step what had actually happened to the laptop.
He repaired the machine on the same day AND for a fraction of the Apple price. Amazing.
What's best is that Gonzalo is honest and reliable - which is sadly an underrated value in this trade - and I will definitely be back and recommend to my friends.

I completed an online form over the Christmas Break. I was contacted by Patricia who arranged for my MacBook Air to be collected the following day by parcelforce. From start to finish it took 3 days. The service was excellent, there was no issues around the price I was quoted and the same price I got. This company pays out more than any other company. They are professional, extremely friendly and very honest. I will definitely be using this company again. 5 stars isn’t enough if I could give more I would.
