This review is long overdue. Jules and his team are great. There was no fuss. Went in, told them what I wanted, gave them a budget and withing 5 mins I was sorted. Additional tailoring was completed in les than 24 hours. Excellent service and a good bunch of guys. Can highly recommend. Oh, and it was a beautiful navy blue suit that I bought for a wedding. Fits like a glove and everyone complimented me. My girlfriend was well impressed too. Go check 'em out.

A well presented shop and well trained staff, a huge up to date selection of formal and smart casual wear.
George was very helpful and made sure I was completely happy with the alterations.
Great service, highly recommended.

Got me out of a jam with the most expensive plain white shirt and cuff ties when time was of the essence.

Pricy, but the owner can size you up with a glance, and suggest good matching colours and materials.

My experience of this shop was different from the very negative reviews of most. Certainly, I found the pressure to buy uncomfortable - in this instance more than I wanted. (I'm very old and don't like saying 'no' but welcome being 'helped to buy'). However, when challenged to sell a second item for a reduced price, the sales person offered what I considered very good terms. I accepted these and left feeling pleasantly surprised.

I did not have any issues with the staff as other reviews have stated. They were perfectly friendly. BUT

The jacket I purchased has gone through 2 sales prices 450 -> 350 -> 250

But a little research shows that the brand actually sells the blazers at £89….

That’s a 300% markup!!!

I’m all for helping small businesses but those prices are a joke. You are taking people for mugs

Tried forcing me to purchase an additional suit I didn't need, strange people.

Rude, high pressure salesmen. Dishonest. Permanent closing down sale. I bought a suit from there which they was "discounted from £550 to £200. Googled the brand later and found out it's worth £90 new. Avoid at all costs

I'm on the market for a suit at the moment and just need something no-frills that I can use every day. There was a massive sign outside this shop that claimed "Everything must go", I read all of the bad reviews but wondered how bad it could really be, perhaps they were exaggerating?

The whole experience was strange, I went in and asked if the guy had anything for around £150-200, a low price but if they have a sale maybe they would have something? I told my budget to the man in the shop and said I was looking for something in dark blue or black. He immediately pulled out a polyester blue suit and then a darker suit costing £450. I asked again do you have anything for £150 and he said "I can do this for £250 to which I asked again if he has anything for £150 to which the price dropped again to £200.

I wonder what the actual price of these clothes is and what the markup is that he is able to drop the price from £450 to £200 in a matter of 2 minutes. I laughed and left as he shouted after me "You can't buy a pair of trousers in here for £150". A very strange experience the likes of which I have only ever had in markets. In a way I'm glad I went in to experience this before it closes down as it well should.

We went it to check as my bf needs a suit for his sister's wedding and I wanted to take a photo with the suit. The guy told me no photos allowed, being very rude when telling me that. There was also a little girl with her dad in the shop and she tried a hat, the sales person got angry because she was trying a hat saying that 'we don't sell hats for kid' and was screaming at the dad for taking a picture of his kid, while telling them to leave the shop.
Soo rudeee, can't ever imagine how they survived till now, so happy they're closing down.
