Used Heald Nickinson for our recent house sale and new build purchase. They were recommended to us by the house builder and we are really pleased we used them. Always answered telephone calls and emails promptly, kept us up to date on the whole process and settled a tricky neighbour dispute. Moving house is rarely easy or straight forward but Luke handled the whole process in an efficient and professional manner. Would highly recommend and certainly use again.

Had only the best service from Heald Nickinson. Everything was dealt with as quick as possible and I was always kept updated with any little hitches (not from the solicitors) or anything in the process.

I've used Dermot Flynn and his partners at Heald Nickinson on a number of occasions and for a variety of purposes (including conveyancing, business disputes and the drawing up of a will) and whilst I don't always get the advice I think I'd like, I guess that's kind of the point!

I expect I could find a cheaper solicitor if I looked hard enough, but whilst I get such a good service and well-considered advice, I'm more than happy where I am; they've saved me both money and hassle on countless occasions.

Moving into the area I had no idea of what to do when my marriage reached a point where I needed legal advise. I was based in the Military Academy over the road. I wandered across the road asked for help with getting a divorce.
I was taken to a meeting room. I was totally out of my comfort zone with a huge barrier up to who ever was coming in that door to see me and take all my money.
When SarahJay came in I was impressed with her persona.
She asked me some quick fire questions. I asked her about costs; she explained everything to me with regards to fees; such as the ways to communicate to the office which removed some of the labour costs.
