Quality mat and good customer service.

Ordered the wrong size rug which was my fault, paid for postage to have it swapped for the correct size and was sent back the same incorrect rug in the same packaging I returned it in. It's been five weeks since I was told I'd be emailed a free postage label, still haven't recieved that. I've sent follow up emails and heard nothing back. Awful customer service, awful people, awful company. Awful

Would not recommend as sent out a used and dirty mat and didn't give refund or even discount, wouldn't answer emails either
