Spire London East Hospital (Formerly Spire Roding Hospital)

I was a day patient at the hospital and every staff was nothing but pleasant to me. I was accompanied by my partner and the staff were incredibly reassuring and helped to ease any anxiety I had on the day.

We were offered lunch and despite my partner being indecisive with what she wanted to eat, the lady from the kitchen (Tania) was super helpful. Despite the numerous requests and changes, she was more than accommodating to us and made us really feel good with our choices

Great service today and Thania was so helpful and pleasant. She tended to us and helped us through the wait for surgery. All the staff were so friendly and did not make us feel like they had to rush off to the next patient. They made us feel like the only patients here ! Thank you all very much. Will definitely recommend and ask to come back here for any further procedures.

I had a total right knee replacement, I must say that the Spire London East Hospital is a friendly place all staff of all levels are happy,
The hospital is clean, food great and a very nice room to convalesce in,
I was told how my procedure was going to be carried out and it was to the note ,while in my room I was checked on frequently the staff couldn't do enough for me l would recommend this hospital to anyone and everyone.

I have had such a great stay at the hospital, the nurses have been great, Linda has been brilliant and she listened to all my needs. Tanya was always so helpful and suggested the best things for me to eat! All the staff are truly great!

I was able to see a consultant, have an MRI and a steroid injection for a herniated disc all within a few weeks. I am so grateful for the quick diagnosis and treatment during a very difficult period of my life. Thank you to everyone on reception for being welcoming, Hannah in admissions for booking me in, Dr Okafor who did my consultations and injection, Chris/Charlie who looked after me the morning of my procedure and Rajani for all communications. I am doing so much better. Excellent service and clean hospital. Thank you to you all.

My husband and I, we been there for two days and one night. The hospital was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We been accommodating on big room and the staff offer us a second bed for me, because I stayed there during nighttime which I really I appreciate that. Thania ,a lady who delivered the food to us 3 times a day was so friendly and kindly person.The hospital conditions were 5 out of 5and I really liked how the staff treated us.

I needed a partial knee replacement and Dr. S Masterson did an amazing job. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon, and recovery has been swift due to his care. Fab experience all round especially helpful smiley Tanya the hostess with the mostest with the beautiful pink lipstick who found this link for me. All staff are happy, helpful & a sheer delight. Have an aversion to hospitals except this one ! I came as an NHS patient with a short stay only & treated exactly as a private one

I had pre admission appointment today at the Spire Woodford. It was for an up and coming knee replacement. The nurse doing my admission was polite, professional and excellent at her job. I would highly recommend the hospital.

Fantastic hospital with very caring and attentive staff and doctors. Tanya and the other nurses were fab. They made sure everything was perfect for our family. We can't thank them enough.

Attended hospital for my pre-op and had the pleasure of being seen by Bushra Sajeel. I was very stressed because of traffic issues and Bushra did everything she could to stabilise my BP. She persevered and was successful, resulting in me having almost normal readings. Thank you Bushra, you turned a stressful situation into a pleasurable experience.

I cannot praise the Spire London East Hospital staff and facilities enough. My hernia operation was handled absolutely professionally yet in a friendly manner by all staff, especially Dr. Patel, who explained everything in detail during consultation and right before the operation. I will always be happy to come back and entrust my and my family's health to Spire professional team yet again! Wholeheartedly recommend!

Dr. Lashari is the most exemplary wonderful doctor consultant I’ve ever had conduct surgery on me. The nurses were Also nothing short of pure gold dust always wearing a smile and offering solution focused realistic recommendations and suggestions to help prepare for surgery.
Very thorough, professional with a Dollop of warmth and friendliness.
All after-care provided by The consultant were spots on and came to fruition. I am so pleased with my results so far. I had correction of right and left foot bunions and corns across all toe.

Very well looked after by the team at Spire London East. Not very mobile at all on arrival but looking good the morning after. Thanks to all involved. Catering team (Thalia), nurses and physios all doing a great job.

Visited Dr Debi Ray at Spire London East today for paediatric consultation. The hospital's parking was very full, but we managed to find a space. We were greeted nicely by the staff at reception and were asked to wait in the waiting area. The hospital was clean and tidy. Dr Ray was fantastic! Very caring and knowledgeable, gave us her full care and attention. Thank you!

I‘ve been to this hospital a couple of times to see Mr Arikoge Ogedegbe and he is fantastic. Really helpful and definitely put my mind at ease. Also, nurse Ana Cruz is just so lovely and empathetic - super sweet! Thank you to them both.

Dear Spire London East!

Thank you so much for the 5 star care that I received from the time of referral to my knee replacement to my discharge (a few days ago) My wife and I have nothing but praise in every aspect of the service from the front desk to the radiologist to the operating consultant to the anaesthetist to ward porter to nurses to physiotherapist to nurses to domestic staff. I am a doctor myself in the NHS so was naturally comparing things like communication amongst staff, documentation of records and time-keeping. My “patient experience” was outstanding. A good example of how the partnership between our great NHS and the private sector worked. I am now recovering at home. I really can’t think of anything that I can say on how to improve on what you are already doing so keep up the good work.
