Burry Port Lighthouse is a great place to visit. On the harbour side of Burry Port it is within easy walking access. Burry Port is a nice place to visit with lots of shops, cafe and restaurants.
There is lots of parking here, with the closest being the harbour car park (51.680651095461656, -4.2513750336966005).

Terrific little spot to spend a few hours if you're in / around Pembrey! Parking isn't a problem with a cheap parking area a short walk from the lighthouse, it was around £2.60 for 4hours which is plenty of time to take in the surroundings. There's a couple ice cream trucks dotted around and the views up by the lighthouse are amazing! I would definitely recommend the visit!

Lovely place to visit, fabulous views, gorgeous fine sandy beach with dunes, good walks where you can walk a long way, on the flat. Wonderful sunsets.

Amazing place, so beautiful and clean, though it was a bit messy this day that had been washed up, so my family and I contributed to a little clean up. Always find fab shells on this beach and great place to just chill.

Charming mini lighthouse that has a small digitised light that sweeps a gentle arc across the harbour entrance. The rocks are a great depository for large bits of driftwood. A large angel wing piece was retrieved by my daughter as my holiday souvenir because with a new replacement hip l didn't want to put myself in danger ! The beach goes out very far at low tide. Dog heaven and small children scream when they have to leave.

Just a quaint picturesque seaside town with an interesting harbour, great coastal walk to view the old and now disused port in one direction and then the Millennium coastal path in the opposite direction. Good for walking and cycling.

Love this place, it's not just the lighthouse, but the harbour, the sea, and the view, combined with the yatch club situated a short walk away for a chance of refreshment (no you don't have to be member to go in). I highly recommend this location for a day trip. V

Situated on the breakwater, in a lovely location by the harbour. The views out to sea from the lighthouse are awesome!

Beautiful little place, arrived at low tide and the views and expanses were vast. Walked the coastal path from Llanelli. Fantastic walk, with great habitats and many less common bird species. Great Tea room, on the quay as well.

Beautiful beach, even on a windy day it was a lovely day out with the dog. Had to pay to park but if your staying for a long time it is value for money. Local people were lovely too, can't wait to go back 😊
