What a lovely service from start to finish. When I spoke to Gemma to explain what I wanted and asked for price I was gobsmacked with the prices as she was actually passing sVing on to customers. It's quite apparent that this is what makes Gemma succeed how she is about customer satisfaction. I recieved a picture from the friend they were sent to and the flowers were stunning. Gemma was very warm and friendly and il certainly be using her again when needing flowers in this area or if I can go to collect. Thank you for your brilliant service x
