Can't speak high enough of this company. I have just received my 2nd delivery and both deliveries were well communicated and well packed for cold transit. Customer services are fantastic should you have any questions. I received helpful advice on feeding my puppy the correct amounts with an online calculator so you can closely monitor your puppies meals as they grow. Lovely quality product and a very happy and healthy pup!

Been getting working dog food from here for over 5 years and my dog loves it. Changing him to raw food was the best decision and he's been happier & healthier for it. Got their frozen sprats too & they're his favourite treat

My orders are normally delivered within 2 days of ordering, very well packaged and food still frozen.

The food is high in meat content and of great quality, a lot of choice too on the website, including treats like chicken carcass or small fresh fish.

The pricing is great, haven't found any other company that comes close to the value for money.

Ive been using natural instinct for the last 5 years. My dog absolutely love there raw food. There's plenty of choices to choice from and the price is very good.

We have struggled with a fussy dog, refusing to eat and even running away from food, even when a very minimal amount has been offered for days on end. Not any more! He gets very excited now for meal times, sits by the fridge waiting and pacing and happily eats the lot every time. With other raw foods, he would eat it but not really enjoy it. This stuff he seems to love. We have had weeks of consistent, normal behaviour towards food, very pleased!

Simply the best diet for your cat or dog. Always food on the shelves and plenty of dog toys and treats to buy.
Friendly staff who are also great at giving nutritional information.

Since picking him up from the breeder, we have had our pup on Natural Raw Puppy Food. He can't get enough of it and is so excited for every meal during the day. He also now has a taste for the Ambient Fish Skin Cubes. His coat is smooth and healthy which I assume is a benefit of such a natural diet. I would highly recommend it!

Enquired about feeding raw after hearing lots of great things from facebook groups for Sphinxes and Cornish Rex cats. Rebecca Allison, their customer service rep sent a message back within an hour and it was very detailed and helpful. First class customer service. Big cat food companies talk so much rubbish and make all these crazy claims but these people really understand and care for your pets and you'll get personalised advice and information. 100% recommend.

I have been using NI for nearly 4 years now for my 3 small dogs.

We typically order a chest freezer full every 6-8 weeks and use a huge variation of their Pure, Working Dog & Natural ranges, along with the occasion treat.

I have never had a delivery or product issue in the entire time. Their orders have always arrived as scheduled, fully frozen and without mistake or flaw.

My dogs really enjoy their food, and we are very happy with the value an convenience the company provides.

All 5 of my dogs love this food. It keeps them in ultimate great shape, physically and mentally. Great health and great condition is so important. This is what their food delivers with my dogs. They are consistent winners in companion and fun dog shows and one is an internet star/model and actor. We love Natural Instinct. They are the most outstanding company with customer service and caring. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The proof is in the pudding.. or in our case the results are with the raw fed dogs!

I had a great experience visiting here to buy food and get advice for my puppy. The lady there was very knowledgeable and gave me plenty of ideas. I bought enough food for a month to go in the freezer, along with some treats. Puppy loves the food and is thriving on it.

Really helpful staff, friendly and welcoming. My dogs {a Tibetan spaniel a chihuahua } love the raw food, and no digestive problems, their poohs are easy to deal with, and not very smelly.!! I recommend their raw dog food, as better than many others. Do try it.

Staff are knowledable and friendly always there to hep. The options are vast. Lots of different flavours in free as well as frozen treats. Gifts and even charity cards at Christmas. Worth a visit to see the options in raw food for your cat and dog. When buying lots they provide free poly box to maintain your frozen goods.

Our first choice for fresh raw food for both cats and dogs. There is a great selection of flavours to suit every palate. Our cat loves his raw food and it's really helped sort out his tummy problems.

I have two cats, twins. One of whom has had bowel issues for a very long time. He went to the vets several times, tried loads of different medications, foods, natural tablets to no avail. He was happy and content but sadly his number 2's were not. And neither was anyone else after him using a litter tray or him having accidents around the house both sound and smell.
After my mum in law swearing by Natural Instinctwith her dogs, I thought I may as well try it so bought one from a local garden centre as you know how fussy cats can be!
They both loved it and couldn't get enough! Doesn't smell too bad and is easy to portion correctly (they get 2 meals a day made in the morning).
The make in question has gone from having 2-5 drops a day to 1 or less! They are much healthier too without going in to detail!

So if you have cats (or dogs) this is by far the best product I have tried, especially those who have bowel problems, are fussy or of you simply want something that's best for them and to know exactly what's in it, not like the 4% meat (or less!) content in alot of the store bought ones. Seeing as cats are obligatw carnivores I'm not sure how that even works?

They do miss having access to dry kibble 24/7 but just seeing the difference in them all round and knowing it's what's in it makes all the difference!

I really like the food and my puppy loves it! Please can you make your packaging more sustainable. I understand it’s to keep the food cold on arrival but please do look into this!

Staff are always really friendly. Our dog is nervous of people yet she bounds into the shop and doesn't want to leave. The dog food is really good quality and I fully recommend it to everyone.
