SPAR - Holyhead

Has nice local products. The Bara Brith was so heavy with fruit, fantastic. Butter and smoked cheese. Didn't buy any but the seafood selection looks amazing. The gift shop attached has cute items.
Also able to get items missing from the holiday home we stayed at like washing up liquid and toilet roll.

if you find a more polite young fella in the whole of wales i’d be amazed - unlike the miserable sod in the sea shanty café opposite. Thanks mate and happy new years.

Has everything you want from a post office/ convince store, from good booze to tennis balls and surf stuff. But if you want good freshly made food, be there when they cook it. Bap was lovely fluffy but, bacon was dry like cardboard. Sorry but true

Coffee and tea machine saves queuing elsewhere. Coins only > £2 and £1.50 respectively (no change given) Also quite fun seeing fresh (whole) Anglesey lobster and crab on the shelves which adds a nice local flavour (literally, I guess..)

Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are ok for a beach town.

Lovely girl helped me to find the newspapers however chap at the checkout was v sarcastic with me when I asked where to find stamps 'at the post office' after I had seen the post office was closed x

£10 for a dressed crab is ridiculous and the lobster baps had more sauce and salad than lobster tut tut
