Magic Pianos

I arranged a move, service, and tune of a piano I'd acquired with Magic Pianos. Both Alan and Ben were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with making the necessary arrangement and carrying out the work.

It was Ben who did this move, service, and tune and without a doubt he really knows his stuff and also effortlessly worked through the chaos of a noisy house.

Also grateful to recieve an education from Alan on the overstrung and underdamped nature of modern upright pianos along with what to ask for when getting a piano serviced and tuned.

I'll definitely be using magic pianos again if I ever need a piano moved and definitely when I need this one tuned. Thanks again guys.

We approached Alan for an upright piano for my daughter to complete her grade 6, 7 & 8. He encouraged her to try various different pianos in his shop... she spent hours there! His advice was thorough and the delivery service was hassle free. She is really happy with the piano which has helped her progress through the grades.
