My company Leadway Developments have been using Jewsons for many years. Gary Duffield the branch manager has always gone the extra mile to make sure he delivers us a fantastic service. I would recommend these guys to anybody from a DIY person to full blown building contractors. Prices are always competitive and deliveries come when they say they will. Great service and team.

this branch has recently had some changes which were very notable . the store was tidy and i could find the plasterboard that i needed. I spoke to a man who was very helpful and polite which is always welcome. It turns out he’s the new manager there so first class service for me. I was also surprised how clean and organised the yard looked. I look forward to visiting again soon even though i can do orders over the phone.

I needed some stones, but not the normal pea shingle to replace the grass at the front of my house, the helpful staff recommended the cotswold stones and done me a brilliant deal on a bulk bag. The delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful placing the bag just where i needed it. They also offered the tool hire service which was brilliant because we did need to hire a ladder to clean out our gutters! Excellent service all round I would recommend using them!

Gary the Manager at Jewson Sittingbourne and his team are very professional and helpful with assisting us with our enquiries and getting products ordered quickly and efficiently. We have been using Jewsons for a long time because of Gary and will continue to do so. Keep up the great service you provide.

So I have dealt with the branch before as it is local to me and wasn't very happy with a lot of aspects of it BUT I had heard that it was under new management so thought, "why not!" Well, what a turnaround. Staff seem happier to help and everything is easier to locate and more organised. Glad that I don't have to go too far now as this is very close to where I live.

Fantastic products and amazing customer service, I had to buy some stuff for my garden as it was being landscaped, Gary was extremely helpful and sorted everything out for me, quick delivery and very helpful delivery driver. Would 1000000% recommend here as a first choice for all building and gardening supplies.

Excellent customer service from Lee Hassan, Rachel and the team at Jewsons Sittingbourne from the start to finish of self build, they went above and beyond to source materials, bring samples to site and provide competitive pricing. Highly recommended

I was having an extension done to the side of my property and was given Lee from Jewson's number from a recommedation. Lee matched the bricks for me whiched were sourced from the North of England. Delivery was on the day I was told it woukld be. Very impressed weith such a speedy service and Lee kept me informed and up to date on progress. When i need any further building work doing I will not hesitate to contact Lee again and will happily recommend him to anyone.

The customer service at this store is outstanding, all staff are super helpful and our quote was given quickly and was a fair price for what we asked for. I have been to this store in the past and after visiting recently, I have noticed the difference in the store being more organised since the new manager started.

Ordered some feather board, timber & stain for fencing needed it urgently (as usual) manager said it would definitely be on time & it was! Great service & driver very jolly & friendly!

I purchased materials from Jewsons Sittingbourne to construct a sizeable extension to an existing brick wall. The Salesman I dealt with was Lee Hassan who acted in a very professional manner helping me find the closest matching bricks to the existing wall. Having selected the bricks he helped locate them in another branch of Jewsons. I also dealt with the staff at the sales counter in Sittingbourne and they too were professional, helpful and friendly.
