Costa Coffee

The woman serving and managing the Sittingbourne branch of Costa in mill way were truly amazing. The place was extremely busy all day. This was not helped by a VERY rude Just Eat courier who was abusive to the staff and slowing down their excellent service. They handled the situation well. They all deserve a well done.

It's one of the nicest of costas I go to. Saying that it doesn't matter what one or where they all seem to be rather noisy. The staff are always nice and friendly here. Nice they have put a trolley to put trays when finished, so you don't need to be asking for them to come and clean.

Had a great coffee and the staff were great

Unfortunately this time around, the service was appalling!! I was greeted very badly. Felt like the lady didn't want to be there. No hello, just taking out or dine in with a not so nice tone. Ordered a KitKat hot chocolate & a mocha. The KitKat was served with no toppings and the mocha no chocolate.. when I said about it, the lady poured the KitKat bits everywhere and poured the chocolate sprinkles all over my bfs hand! Cheers! 👍🏻 I do find this Costa, whether it's eat in or drive threw they do not put the toppings on atall. You have to ask if they have put them on. Which is quite annoying as other Costas just do it.

For a new chain to have opened so recently and to already have found its feet is great. The staff are brilliant and the service is fast.

We haven't used the Drive Thru part as yet. But that's because we like going in too much!

The staff are really friendly, service is great, and the environment is inviting, warm, clean, and generally a nice place to stop and take a breather. It's just far enough from the main retail park to feel like you're somewhere else entirely but not so far that you can't use it as a stop off between shopping sprees.

Happily go in any time we're down that way.

I am not a regular Costa coffee customer as I don't drink tea or coffee very often. I went here for lunch break with some work colleagues and I ordered the orange hot chocolate which was very nice. It tasted exactly like a Terry's chocolate orange. I'd certainly ok again for one of those however I'm sure its one of their seasonal drinks so it won't stay for long.
We did not use the drive thru, we went into the store to order and then sit down with the drinks. The surroundings were nice and the place was warm too.

Decided to treat myself at work and ordered from Costa through uber eats - how sweet!

Always go here and only ever had a problem once but that was simply someone learning their new job so understandable.
Love the coffee even my son has to have their chocolate babychinos whenever we drop daddy to work

Always friendly staff and well made food and drinks! The last few times I've been here have been North American drive thru speed, which is a really nice surprise

You got to love a Costa .and this one is very clean. Friendly and coffee hot . .

They have an awesome vegan menu at the same price as their usual food and drink (as we know vegan products are usually a lot more expensive). This means my daughter who has a milk and egg allergy has a great selection to choose from.

I have been there a lot of times excellent service every time and that's take away or sit in. Georgina is the best one there and is a credit to the company she should be a manager.

Ever since it has opened most of the staff have all been jolly and happy, and during covid when they have been extremely busy, through the drive through they are still upbeat and jolly.
Of all the costas I have frequented this has prbably the nicest people in.

Costa Drive Thru is amazing. Sometimes you find queues but it is worth the wait. Staff really friendly as well. 5 🌟 from me!

Oh my goodness where do I start the staff can't do enough for you nothing is to much trouble for them they are really great friendly polite warm welcome given smiles really great service from the staff the food was great the coffee was exactly as I wanted it if their was 10 stars then I would of given 10 everywhere was nice and clean smelt fresh I really recommend this place a visit well done to all at Costa euro link x

Quick efficient and friendly staff...Great tasting coffee and cakes. Very busy but quickly seen.
