Formula One Autocentres - Sittingbourne

This Formula One Autocentre branch have an amazing team here.

I thought the Strood branch was good, and even though I initially held them in high esteem, I was given the runaround twice without any sort of notification. On one occasion the head technician was off on bereavement - which was understandable - so I re-booked for a few days later, only to turn up and be told there was no-one experienced enough to sort out my issue. I was told by Sarah that someone experienced from the Orpington branch would definitely be in and if there was any change, she would let me know. Sadly I wasn't notified even though I told her I was coming from East London.

Fortunately on the day, the manager of the Sittingbourne branch was covering at Strood and referred me to his centre. The team at Sittingbourne have been nothing but great. They fitted my whole front suspension on the day and even diagnosed another issue on the front end that I was concerned about too without even asking. I will be using this branch again for any issues I have in the future, for which I hope I don't have many.

A friendly and very experienced team, I can't recommend them highly enough. Five stars.

Great service with helpful and friendly knowledgeable staff, pre book your service time or on the day puncture repair but you will have to wait, free parking and wheelchair accessible with rear waiting room.

What a breath of fresh air, the staff at F1 Autocentre in Sittingbourne are absolutely brilliant. I have frequently used F1 Autocentres and never had a bad experience but I do have to say that the manager at Sittingbourne is extremely helpful and knowledgeable too, I feel it wouldn't be fair if I did say a big thank you to Stephen who helped me with the wheel balancing last thing without a prior booking. I will certainly be recommending F1 Autocentre in Sittingbourne to friends and family.

Your garage in Sittingbourne was very welcoming when came to drop/pick up my car, the person on the desk was very helpful and polite. They called me to say the car was ready. The price they charged wasnt over the top either. I will be a returning customer.

Booked MOT online very easy to do and was offered free 10 point check and free wheel alignment check

New calliper and then passed the mot with a bill cheaper than expected!!

Service, MOT, Tyres and Exhausts. Used for many years, always been reliable.

Booked my car in for an mot at halfords and they refused to touch it due to the wheel arch lining was not fixed properly. Went into formula one after they did a great job on my brakes and they looked at it straightaway. They fixed the lining so it wasn't loose and it took 5 minutes and free of charge. I had my baby with me and I couldn't have asked for better service. Won't be returning to halfords so thank you formula one

Highly recommend. I had two tyres fitted recently at F1 sittingbourne, and previously, i have had no issues with the service I ordered. On this occasion, there was an unfortunate issue with the fitting on the day. This was unfortunate, and I won't lie I wasn't pleased. We all look for the places with the best reviews, but the real test of any company is how things are dealt with when they do go wrong. The management and the top management corrected the issue promptly, and I was impressed by the customer service to ensure things were corrected for me. I will be using F1 sittingbourne again knowing that they do pride themselves in customer service and you can rest assure they do offer good smooth reliable service 99% of the time but the law of sods means theres bound to be an occasion there may be an unforeseen issue, from my experience you can depend on them to ensure you are completely satisfied with the service you pay for. Keep up the good work F1 👍 highly recommended.

Amazing service. I rang formula 1 at the Sittingbourne branch and spoke to Ryan. Very friendly. Brought the car down to them and Laurance the mechanic checked my car all round. What a great guy. He knew his stuff and made me very comfortable. Thank you again laurance.

Called late on Friday for an emergency pair of tyres and Gavin fitted me in the next day. All done by lunchtime for a good price, and with wheels aligned aswell it drives like a new car! Highly recommended.

Friendly welcome, Professional service waited in customer waiting room, was all tidy and clean. The reception area was well organized, phones were ringing the person who was in charge of reception was answering the phones was polite and friendly. As well as seeing to walk in customers would definitely recommend this workshop is well organized and set up well.

We needed an MOT urgently as it would have run out. They fitted us in at short notice. We have also bought and has tyres fitted here in the past and they have always been competitively priced and given us very good service.

My partner called at 10am on a Sunday because the drive belt and pulley had gone on his golf. As we were due to drive back to Suffolk the same day it was pretty urgent and luckily they managed to source both parts and fit them by 1pm.

The guy on reception was running the place on his own for awhile and was trying to do 50 different things at once so there was a bit of a backlog but given the fact we would be back on the road we were more than happy to wait.

Great service and incredibly grateful for the team getting the car sorted at such short notice.
