Come here all the time for all reptile needs and whenever I’m unsure on anything with the animals they always know what the best thing to do is, proper down to earth people have a great laugh in shop with them , affordable prices and top end items with warranty’s (depending on what items )

Fantastic shop! I have been here twice and the staff couldn't be lovelier or more helpful, over the span of two visits they got me set up with a beautiful crested gecko. They have a beautiful range of animals, and everything you could want to look after them. Highly recommended!!

This is where I bought my baby Ziggy. The staff were brilliant. And I'd just like to thank them. He was the little Bearded Dragon with the scar on his nose. He is such a character and gets spoilt rotten. And is totally used to being picked up and now loves cuddles and time with his humans.

Kerry is a star, super knowledgeable and friendly. She sourced our special request python and all the kit, held my hand during all the first worries and looked after him perfectly while we went on holiday. I couldn't recommend this shop higher.

Cannot recommend this shop enough.
Brought my son in who is adhd/austistic and he adores reptiles. He was really excited and couldn’t stop asking question or to get the animals out to see them. Terry couldn’t have been more amazing with my son and not only let him hold and see several animals but was so patient with him. You guys were awesome thank you!

Having reciently moved to the area this is now my local store. Great range of reptiles and always has fresh stock of live food. Colleagues in this store are really friendly, welcoming and go the extra mile to add a personal touch, my 2 year old daughter gets really excited when we go to the store. A very well deserved 5 star review.

Kind staff, clean, well priced, Healthy reptiles well looked after. Have brought 3 snakes there they are healthy and growing great. Frozen rats and mice are priced good.

I visited here a few days ago for the first time with my two young sons and husband and it was absolutely amazing! Brilliant friendly knowledgeable staff and plenty of beautiful healthy looking happy animals. We had to book an appointment but definitely felt very welcome and unrushed to ask anything we wanted to and hold some of the animals ❤ thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Recently we used their service of looking after reptiles while their owners go for holiday. Our beardie and tortoise were brilliantly looked after. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We love their little shop.

This is a fantastic place!!! My daughter really wants a snake, and she got to feed one to make sure she is going to enjoy the whole experience of owning one before she does.

Outstanding customer service, informative not pushy with selling there products more concerned in ensuring your animals are safe and happy. We have been using this shop for about 6months, we prefer this over more local pet shops and would highly recommend. They have a really fast response to emails and Facebook messages!
