An excellent little tea room right next to the castle walls. The service was friendly and the food was excellent. The coffee and walnut cake was delicious as were the scone and the carrot cake. They also had a fine selection of teas to choose from. Will definitely go back next time we are in Warwick

Spectacular!!! Such a nice experience.
The lemon drizzle cake was the best one I have ever had. We also took a take away with us.

Such a warm, homely feeling this place has.. definitely returning for the lemon drizzle cake x

My husband and I popped in for a bit to eat after visiting Warwick Castle. We'd walked past the tea room on the way, and husband suggested checking it out as we walked past again.

We received a friendly greeting. We asked for a table, and we waited while they got one ready. It was cosy. We shared a table with a suit of armour wearing a blanket.

Service was quite quick. We each had a sandwich, a drink, and a cake. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted wonderful.

The sandwich was presented in 4 quarters with some crisps and a little bit of salad on the side. The cake was quite a generous portion.

The cost was about £27 in total, which we thought good value for the portion size and quality.

Accessibility - the building is quite an odd shape with small doorways. It is level to get in, then a small ramp up to the café. It is quite narrow and small inside, so could be tricky for those with wheelchairs or mobility problems.

There is a toilet outside, which is accessed around the side. It is not an accessible toilet.

Traditional tea room.
We called in for a cup tea on Sunday afternoon. Couldn't resist having a slice of coffee and walnut sponge. Generous slice and very tasty. Staff were friendly. It was busy, but the atmosphere was relaxed.
We returned for brunch the next day. Another enjoyable visit. Generous portions.
Hope to return again soon to sample more of the cakes.

Had a wonderful visit for my birthday with a treat of afternoon tea , it was Delicious , super soft bread, fruit scones and a light fluffy cake to finish off . Meeting the lady with the Disney tattoos ( sorry didnt get your name) was the icing on the cake , she was fab with a shared passion for Disney , made my afternoon 😍 Thankyou

A true credit to one of England's finest traditions - afternoon tea accompanied by a tasty treat. As a tourist it showed just how pleasant an experience as simple as afternoon tea could be.. The only negative is that I'll never be able to match the richness of that cream.. If you're going to the castle for the day, don't miss rounding out your visit here to give those feet a well earned rest in an authentic old building that my grandma would have just loved. A real gem!

We have eaten here 3 times during our stay in Warwick. The sandwiches, scones (fruit or plain) macaroni cheese and cottage pie were all very tasty with generous portions. The cakes are far too tasty 😄. Very friendly staff in a lovely old building.

Such a nice place with good food, especially the warm scones and the very aromatic tea! We had a very lovely time and appreciated that they didn’t have background music and we could have very good conversation! We recommend!

We enjoyed some lovey tea and cake at this delightful tea room. We sat outside where there was shade and sun. The staff were all so cheerful and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend. The sandwiches looked amazing too.

We popped in whist visiting and really enjoyed it. A small tea room offering home cooked food and freshly prepared drinks. There's a large menu to choose from. We choose a hot Pimms and crumpets which were really nice on a cold November day.

Amazing ambiance, great food and tea at a reasonable price. Even if you have to wait for some time to get a table, it will definitely be worth it!!

We met friends for catch up and afternoon tea on a saturday afternoon, we had to wait for a free table. Eventually shown to one and orders taken, scones, teas, sandwiches.
They came quickly and the scones were warm and sandwiches freshly made.
We had English breakfast tea that tasted great especially in the China cups..

The best afternoon tea in Warwickshire! I have been coming here for years and the selection of loose leaf teas and good quality food is always amazing along with great service in a beautiful unique setting. Make sure you advance book on weekends!

Lovely gem hidden from an eye of those walking down main streets of Warwick.
It is cozy and has good choice of cakes on the menu.
Would recommend paying it a visit whilst strolling through Warwick.

Really nice place I would advise you book in advance, great quintessential English tea shop that also has a good choice of bottled ales. Fantastic for the celiac's out there as most of the menu can be gluten free. Definitely worth a visit when in warwick.

Superb scambled egg and crispy bacon on toast! Staff were pleasant and very polite and the tea came in a proper china pot with china cups. Loved it!

So so glad we found this beautiful little cafe. The afternoon tea is beautiful and the scones are simply amazing. I feel the ladies really went above and beyond when they gave us a private room upstairs because my 18 month old son was with us.
