Bought a pair of Trespass light weight walking shoes in Nuneaton but they split on both soles after only a few days. When I arrived in Warwick and told the assistant about my problem she asked the manager if I could exchange the shoes. He agreed even though I had no receipt and I was allowed to change the damaged shoes. The ladies service,care and attention was excellent thankyou.

Great value shoppiing for household items, knitting wools, toys, small section of clothing and food items such as tea, coffee, sweets. Definitely worth a browse for a bargain.

Good prices, friendly staff, store well set out and clean, and...open during Covid! Not many are at the moment, other than food shops.
