Lovely shoe shopping experience. The shop was busy with lots of families like ourselves looking for back to school shoes for the January term and the staff were always friendly, cheerful, caring and took their time with people. A big thanks to Ellie who was brilliant helping both my sons choose new school shoes and trainers. Thanks Ellie and the whole team for a great experience!

Incredibly helpful lady who was full of ideas and solutions for me when buying a pair of shoes for my grandson. Loads of choice of good quality shoes for children, which is a rarity. Easy parking and access but above all such great staff.

Fantastic experience from the start. Me and my 5 year old went here to get his new school shoes for the new term. We received a lovely welcome upon arrival, the place was clean and tidy and they had seating that was socially distanced. It felt safe and Covid friendly. We weren't rushed to make a decision and we were given great advice. The shoes we bought were great and we ended up purchasing a pair of lovely trainers that we hadn't planned to buy. Matt was very professional and was great with my son, which made the whole experience so much more pleasant. I highly recommend Clinkards and will definitely be going back there again.

Superb service today, as ever, even with Christmas-holiday-excited young children in tow! Great to have a reliably wide range of stock (including a good sale range) to choose from. We have been using Warwick’s Clinks for over five years and every single time the staff have been warm, welcoming, honest and helpful, even in Christmas or August rush periods.

The Warwick store were really helpful after an issue making an online order, very kindly having the order posted to our home. We’re very grateful.

Got a very good value pair of leather shoes. Minor fault and was offered 10 percent discount as a courtesy. Friendly staff. Good service. Good range of shoes available from cheap and cheerfully to higher end. Selection isn't massive since the shop is on the small side. However my experience was good.

Fantastic service. My daughter has severe hypermobility and struggles to get shoes. We HATE having to get new shoes as it's so stressful as my daughter can't wear the trendy shoes and it makes her really upset This was the best appointment we've ever had. The saleslady had brilliant knowledge of the condition and really put my daughter at ease, and found her some really funky shoes. Thank you so much. This is the first time we've left a shoe shop with a smile, new shoes and no tears!!!!!!!! We will be coming back again and asking for the same lady specifically. Thank you so much.

The staff are always helpful and patient with my children who hate the whole shoe shop experience. They never sell me shoes the kids don't need. I trust them and would definitely recommend them.

Fabulous staff who are very knowledgeable and patient. Trying to find shoes that my new orthotics fitted and which felt comfortable felt stressful but the lovely lady made it easy and I was able to find a pair that fitted comfortably.

Great little ship, wide variety of shoes and other items. I used to get my school shoes from here when I was a kid over 10 years ago! Now getting my adult shoes from here too if I find a good sale. Lovely staff as far as I've experienced, nice and chatty and helpful. Highly recommended.

Oh what amazing staff. My boys are both autistic and on our visit our youngest decided to have a full on melt down hitting biting and trying to run off amongst other things. The staff did not bat an eyelid but let us deal with it and offer help. It is to common for us and other families in this situation to be asked to leave stores but here they are amazing calm and understanding. All I can say is a MASSIVE THANK YOU. Oh and the trainers and sandals are very comfortable and with good prices

Brilliant service and helpful staff. I have bought most of my daughter's school shoes from here and the staff have always been really patient and are great with kids. Recently I also discovered that there is a much larger collection of shoes online, so ordered some wellies which got delivered to the store (on the end of my street!) for free. They also do free delivery for most of the UK I think.

Love this shoe shop, always get our kids feet measured here. Staff are pleasant, friendly, helpful and fab with the kids, being patient with them and engaging them in the experience. Plus they don't try to sell you new shoes each time. If still growing room in the shoes they let you know new shoes aren't needed yet. There is a ticket system to use which is needed at busy times to ensure people are served in the right order. Before the start of a school term, when it can be chaotically busy you can pre-book an appointment but I think this is only for a time span rather than an exact time. All in all a great place where you feel staff have been trained well to look after children's feet as much as to ensure a profitable business. Don't forget to like my review 😀

Great shoe store. I have been coming here for years and the customer service from all members of staff is just brilliant. Never had a bad experience here and they are great with my son who struggles to sit still and they are always willing to help.

Best shoe shop ever, my parents used to buy my shoes from clinks now I buy my boys shoes from clinks. Service is amazing every time, you can pre-book appointments online/phone or you can just walk in.
