A fantastic local company who were a pleasure to deal with. High quality, beautiful products with master craftsmanship. The new bed has become a feature of the room given the stunning headboard. Excellent communications, well packaged and easy to assemble. Would highly recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews but after getting our new oak Bloomsbury bed along with the Bok table it just makes sense to do so. The finished product is really impressive in quality, finish and design, definitely a big step up from an old IKEA bed. But I also found the actual experience of ordering a real stand out, from the actual website providing excellent visuals of the product along with woods and side tables combinations helping with decision making, to the extensive description and important details on checking mattress depth before ordering. Communication post purchase and during delivery was also very snappy and efficient, in my case just looking to chase the delivery company for the delivery date. Highly recommended, definitely worth it.

BEAUTIFUL WALNUT BED - CARNABY DESIGN
I had my eye on this bed for two years, and waited to buy it due to the price. They are not cheap, but are well worth the money...and the wait.
The quality and look are beautiful and I feel happy that we have purchased a hand made item supporting a UK company, which will last for years.
We looked extensively online and at local shops, but I kept going back to this website. We live a long way from the showroom and what with various lockdowns felt unable to travel there, I was a bit worried at purchasing something for so much money without seeing it first.
I called a few times and checked measurements and that our Tempur mattress which was heavy would be suitable and was always met with a helpful response.
I was also concerned that the mattress would slip around as it sits on top the bed and not within the frame like our previous bed, but the bed come with a not-slip mat and does not move around.
Delivery took quite a few months, but it was definitely worth the wait.

We had a fantastic experience with Natural Bed Company from start to finish!
We arranged to visit to the shop back in May and had a lovely time browsing in the showroom and speaking to the staff, got a lot of help with wood samples and additional pictures. Decided on the Oregon in Maple. We knew it was going to be a wait until it gets made and delivered but it was TOTALLY WORTH the wait! The bed is stunning and so beautifully finished. The quality of the wood and the design makes it really sturdy. Was easy to assemble too. We have had it for a month now and would 100% recommend!

Superb quality and superb service. Best UK hand made beds we could find and we looked everywhere. We got three double beds for the children. My daughter’s 4 poster is particularly impressive. It’s not just the finish on the outside which is fantastic…on the inside where one does not see the bed, it is equally as good. Cannot recommend the product highly enough.

We had been searching for a wooden bed frame with a specific finish and style to suit a modern building (small bedroom) and we found the perfect place at Natural Bed Company. The selection of frames was great and pricing was very clear and fair. Amanda was great at communicating and was very helpful from day one. The time scales given were very accurate and the delivery guys were lovely and polite. People need to respect furniture made using natural materials and the labour cost.
I would highly recommend the Bed Frames as they are made to last.

Cannot fault the Natural Bed Company. Visited their showroom in Sheffield and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Gave us as much time as we needed to look around and to try out the mattresses. They sent out sample of available wood so I could compare with the floor and furniture already in our bedroom. In the end, we bought a Kyoto bed made from pine with a natural finish. It was super easy to assemble and is of amazing quality and suits our loft style room perfectly. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We're very happy with our hand made super king size oak bed, it's beautiful and it complements our Norris Mattress perfectly - delivery was absolutely worth the wait, it's a lovely piece of furniture.

Very good quality, you get what you pay for. Well made in UK in lovely solid hardwood, they were very carefully packaged. We first purchased the Kyoto in walnut, followed by a Lotus four poster in oak and two Shetland beds in oak with upholstered head boards as part of a whole house refurbishment. They are easy to assemble into solid, comfortable beds. No complaints, would highly recommend.

I really liked the story of the Natural Bed Company. They were easy to deal with and quick to respond on the customization we did to the matching side tables to my new bed. It was just installed today and the work and finish is really lovely. Very happy!

We bought a Camden Oak bedframe in Natural Oak. Totally recommend. The designs are lovely, the wood is sleek and smooth with a beautiful grain. We chose this company for their design and quality, locally manufactured, and personally delivered so minimum environmental impact. It was easy to assemble and is so comfortable. The recommendation came from a friend who had already bought one and road tested it. It is so good to be able to see and feel the product in real life at their central Sheffield showroom, where the staff helped us decide which bed height suited our home. They also reassured us that we could get the bed safely into an attic bedroom up narrow stairs. And they delivered it, on the promised date, to the room, ready to assemble. I love touching the real wood and would definitely buy again from this company

Ordered a double bed, took a little time to arrive but I was fully informed of the lead time, delivery arrangements and kept up to date on the order progress. Bed is fantastic, quality of the bed is very high, packaging to keep safe in transit was superb and build instructions were clear. worth every penny. I'll be back for more in the future. happy customer.

Gorgeous, beautifully crafted beds. I bought a Camden bed from the Natural Bed Company having taken the time to visit their Sheffield showroom. I would warn you that you're going to want to buy more than just a bed if you visit in person! The bed itself is solid, perfectly finished and simple to assemble. I look forward to many years of enjoyment from it!

Just received the bed I’d ordered. Gorgeous. High quality. Easy to put together. Great customer service when I changed address. Having also ordered some Emma beds which are great for spare rooms. I defo recommend you treat yourself to a Natural Bed Co bed for yourself, so worth it.

This is such a lovely website. They respond so speedily to any questions. I am really happy to support this little company. Moreover, their towels are the BEST in the world. They are soft but they also actually DRY your skin because of the particular weave in them. The colours (neutral and modern) are spot on. I honestly can't think of better quality and design anywhere else. One day I hope to replace all my current towels with the Natural Bed Company's towels.

We purchased the Tibet double bed, the customer service was excellent the bed being delivered exactly on time. The quality of the workmanship is absolutely excellent, we couldn't be happier with the bed. Would definitively recommend, it's worth paying for the quality of this product.

Awesome in every way.

I ordered two beds online, the Camden in Oak and the Sahara in Walnut. The products are stunning. Well-engineered, solid and sturdy. They were easy to assemble, too (though I wonder if something can be done to improve the available turning circle for the spanner, when tightening the bolts inside the grove in the side rails — a minor thing).

As for delivery, that was flawless. As with all home furniture makers, there's a long lead time right now, as the industry catches up with the backlogs of orders from the Covid lockdowns. This should improve with time, and my delivery turned up exactly in the week I expected it, which shows that the Natural Bed Company have good control over their fulfilment process.

I was kept informed of delivery via automated email messages, but otherwise I never needed to interact with customer service — so I can't vouch for that side of things.

I expect these beds to last a generation or more, so I have no doubt the little extra upfront cost will save me in the long term. I probably won't need to buy more beds for a while, but I do intend to continue to shop with Natural Bed Company for homewares, bedding, etc.
