I’m surprised to see negative reviews about customer service because Sid, Suki and the Tazs are ALWAYS very polite, chatty and helpful whenever we nip into the store.

Friendly and always helpful staff. Very good location for a corner store. Very handy when you are in need of everyday items like frozen food, soft drinks, lager, wine crisps, snacks, cakes, fruit, cheese, tined food, etc.

From out of the area and can easily say this is the best shop in kenilworth all the staff are friendly and very helpful

I am literally going there daily. They have EVERYTHING. Everything a supermarket has, plus: fresh croissants, coffee to go, indian delights like samosas etc. There is also amazon collection point and post office. Accept all major cards. 100% happy.

My local shop here nearly everyday..lovely how staff know majoriyy of customers by name..shops so well stocked and has everything you need..staff always about to help..cannot praise them all enough..dont know what we would do without them..thanku all..1extremely happy customer...sare.x

Typical friendly local, this isn't your typical local, they offer post office and some banking services from 6 30 am to 9 30 pm aswell as fresh produce, its like having your own supermarket at your door, great shop and amazing staff.
