The English Partridge

Staff and food amazing. But trying to charge £14 to bring out a birthday cake ( was not even going to eat it ) is a joke.! Have checked with other nearby establishment who could not believe that I was expected to pay! Including the Ivy!

Warm and friendly atmosphere even the locals smiled. The food was excellent and beware the English cheese board, enough for 4, but a great selection. Thoroughly recommended for people who love great food and do not need linen tablecloths.

Fabulous local pub, great food, service and ambience

Always a good welcome and great selection of local beers - menu could be larger but the steak is always great.

The Three Horseshoes, definitely open again and with Flowerpots beer on draft.

It's Closed!!!!!!!

Unfortunately the past 5 times I've tried to visit the pub it has been closed with no reason why, including a glorious sunny bank holiday Monday!! Yesterday I checked the website (which said it would be open) before making the journey to find a note in the window saying 'Closed for 2 weeks from the 1st May' ...this was the 20TH of May. Will not be returning again as it's ridiculous the amount of wasted journeys I have made.

Rude obnoxious service obviously didn't want walkers in the pub , food ok but a bit slow. Couldn't even manage a please and thank you when serving

Clearly things have changed since reviews of a year ago. The service was extremely unfriendly and the barman obnoxious. No please or thank you offered. Will not return.
