Recovered my broken down 7.5 ton truck when others didnt seem to want my business. Price was good, service quick & a pleasant guy behind the wheel.

Excellent service. Recovered a broken down classical campervan from a roundabout. The driver, Dan, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and did everything he possibly could to ensure my wife and I were safe. The recovery was timely and even a police officer who was present credited the work that had been done.

I Spoke Tony from Alpha recovery and he was the most pleasant gentleman I have spoken to, he thought about my safety first and he got me recovered immediately from the hard shoulder on the A1. I can’t thank this guy enough as he went out his way to personally see my safety was adhered to as first priority!

Lovely people to deal with particularly after a horrible experience when my son had been involved in a nasty collision . Thank you and many thanks to the police, bystanders , fire service who helped and the paramedics and hospital staff. Everyone a credit to the North East of England from a humble Scotsman.
