Amazing shop that sometimes has prime in stock owners are lovely and cater for my needs, had the pleasure of visiting this store and got everything I needed, 10/10 recommend

I drove to the shop with my 1 year old to be met with is your daughter not cold as she had no coat on! Whilst appreciate someone looking out for my daughter I can absolutely say she wasn’t cold. I may have looked a bit scruffy but was just about to go swimming (private lessons that I pay for) I don’t get dolled up. I get they might see some people that are to question but I 100% am not like them. It’s made me stop going into that shop when I spent good money. Please think about how you judge people!

The place was a health hazard. I was watched by grandma like a criminal. I had the unbelievable rudeness of the shop keeper. I thought maybe she’s having a bad day but she doesn’t need to take it out on me. That’s the reason I checked out the reviews. It would seem like she’s a disgrace to humanity to everybody every day. I hope she behaves better to elderly people otherwise it’s just abuse. In case she does read these reviews. Whoever has hurt you is no excuse to transfer to your paying customers. Tidy up the place before someone hurts themselves.

I have been going into this shop for years and the staff inside are extremely rude. Today was the last day I will use their shop as the middle aged woman has absolutely no customer service skills and her manners are disgusting!!

If you go into this shop you will be watched like a hawk and often followed around by the older woman, made to feel like you’re doing something wrong.

I’ve never felt the need to write a review before but the behaviour of the staff, and the middle aged woman in particular is incredibly unacceptable and not what you would expect.

We are currently in the middle of lockdown, one of the most uncertain times. I went to this shop to send a parcel back and to buy a few essential things.

When I went into the shop the woman behind the counter was very very rude. She said she wouldn’t accept my parcel as it was not essential even though I was going to buy other things once sending the parcel as the post office counter and shop counter are different. She then went on to say she will not accept a parcel from me again (I had only send 1 parcel away in 7 weeks) and I told her I hadn’t been in the shop for weeks and she said that she gets loads of these parcels a day as if that’s my problem.

She then said I am the reason we are still in doors, which is absolutely bang out of order considering I have been sat in the house for 7 weeks myself.

There was also another woman stacking the shelves and she started having a go at me too saying I didn’t know the meaning of lockdown.

They kept patronising me and I left the store without buying anything at all as they do not deserve my money.

There shop is a joke, you can’t even walk around the shop as it is so full of stock you trip over.

The owners are constantly rude.

Do not go to this shop.

If zero stars were an option this store would get it. The staff member I had the displeasure of encountering this morning was truly vile to say the least.
