Homestead Lake Country Park

Lovely site. Nicely laid out and immaculately kept. Good fishing lake, I caught a 13.5 lb carp. Pub just a short walk away serving good food. Plenty of dog walks nearby.

We went to the cafe for Christmas lunch, there was 13 of us. I cannot fault it, service was great food was served hot all plates completely empty. Well done to all staff will definitely go back.

Beautiful site which can take dozens of caravans/motorhomes. Well kept and nicely laid out.

Excellent caravan site. Only stayed the weekend and wanted to extend! Facilities were very clean and there is a Caravan shop and cafe on site which were both excellent. Great lake for fishing

Lovely little touring park. A big tha ks to all the staff for helping us out. Beautiful views across the lake from caravan, Nice large pitches, Clean showers, Nice resonable cafe on site. Park is kept very well, very helpful staff. Definitely booking a week in the summer ☀ large well stocked caravan accessory shop on site has everything..........well worth a vist if visiting Essex. The only downside to this site is that there is no shop but not a problem there is a convenience store 5 mins away

Lovely peaceful and scenic place to stay for a few days or longer ...dog friendly with amenities onsite and short distance away.

Beautifully site, superbly maintained, with a very picturesque fishing lake and surroundings. Brilliant facilities if you need any caravan gear, with the shop just next door, and the on site cafe. This is everything you'd want for a nice relaxing caravan break. Great job guys, keep it up.

Stayed here for a few days and enjoyed. Very well maintained fully serviced pitches. Toilets and showers clean with a washing up area. Good reasonably priced cafe on site with varied menu. Well looked after lake on site which caught plenty from. Good TV signal, little to no mobile signal. Recommended.

Stayed facing the fishing lake. Wonderful views to wake up to. Geese, swans and ducks roam free among the pitches. All pitches are fully serviced 😀. Security is good as you need a card to gain access. Highly recommended even if you don't fish!

Just spent a weekend on this site (rally field) it is immaculate,well worth a visit.

We had a lovely relaxing few days here. The site was very clean and well kept. Pitches very spacious and surroundings picturesque. Also lovely pub food at pub outside site. Would recommend fish and chips.

👍 the food here is very nice, tasty home cooked meals, at a reasonable price. The staff are all lovely, service very good and the place is always lovely and clean. Would recommend anyone to eat here,you wont be disappointed !

The grounds are fantastic, staff very friendly people, it are first time here and we have booked up to come back with the grandchildren in September. We'll done to all that work this caravan site.

Good clean campsite ,not a rip off cost, and good fishing. And onsite camping accessories shop and a brilliant cafe.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and polite, they went out of their way to help us with our motorhome, I would highly recommend this place.

The part/sales team are amazing. So so helpful had several things l needed parts for. Took the time to help me and explained everything l needed to know would recommend them everytime
