Excellent room but tight bathroom though brilliant views of the bay. Asked for walk in shower but actually got shower over bath. On the whole friendly staff, good food and service.

Here on a sister's trip. We had a warm welcome from all the staff. They were all accommodating. Great location. Lovely room. The only thing I would say is a little more shelving in the bathroom to set stuff down. Also the bath is so high!. Elderly and disabled would not be able to use it. I will finish by saying we thoroughly enjoyed our stay' and will recommend to anyone coming your way. Thanks for everything.

Great hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful, it’s in the perfect location with free parking and access to the local attractions.

The room, although small was very well equipped with some really nice touches for comfort

Good breakfast too

My reason for staying was unusual - I had taken sick during our car journey and had to stop in Llandudno for the night. The staff there could not have been more accommodating or kind. The rooms were clean, spacious and great value for money. Thank you again. Martin Leonard, Australia.

We had a fabulous stay at Llandudno Bay Hotel. Even before we arrived the courtesy call from Cain was really appreciated.
The service we received from Cain & Daisy was exceptional. They really made our stay special.
Will definitely recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

Had a lovely stay here, great location and the room was lovely and clean. We had a sea view room and that didn’t disappoint us, the hospitality tray in the room was one of the best we have had too and was a a nice welcome :) there was even a tasimo machine.

Lovely hotel and staff couldn't do enough for you. We took our dog who was made to feel very welcome and spoilt by Daisy ! Had sea facing room which was lovely and relaxing to watch. Thank you everyone for your hospitality

We have just had an excellent weekend away. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was first class.

It was our second time here and we will definitely be returning. A very relaxing stay.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered. We were allowed to leave our luggage with them as we got to Llandudno early. When we checked in they informed us that they had taken our luggage to our room for us.
They instantly knew my husband and I by name and made us feel so welcome.
The room was so clean. The food was delicious.
The staff were also helpful in telling us about nice places to eat as we were celebrating 10 years of marriage during our stay.
When we decided to extend our stay they made it extremely easy for us to extend.
We cannot wait to stay at this property in the future. Thank you so much.

Stayed here for a two night trip for a wedding. Best service at a hotel I've experienced and I've stayed at a fair few. Only criticism would be that our bathroom wasn't as super clean as I would expect but genuinely thats nitpicking a hotel that I'd gladly stay at once we come back to Llandudno (for which we absolutely loved the town). Breakfast was awesome for £15, with the opportunity to pick as much or as little as you want from a comprehensive list. Think we paid £160 for two nights, could've easily charged another 50%. Will be back!

We went for afternoon tea here... food was amazing, homemade treats all superb, the sausage rolls are the best I've ever had, we are looking forward to a return visit 😋
Staff were more than helpful, excellent service throughout.

Stayed here for two nights in July and had the most amazing stay. Beautiful grand hotel with welcoming reception staff and beautiful decor throughout. We were on the top floor in the eaves of the roof in one of those quirky little rooms with the window at the top, and although it was a funny shape, it was beautifully decorated and a beautiful space. Loved all the little finishing touches such as slippers, eye mask, tea and coffee, making facilities and earplugs. Plus there was a huge fan if needed. As we were in one of the smaller rooms, our bathroom shower was quite small which my husband found a problem being a big man, but no problem for me! We looked out of the back of the hotel, but looking into the distance, beyond the back yard, we had a gorgeous view of the Welsh mountains so definitely couldn’t grumble with that. The hotel do offer Seaview rooms and larger rooms, but that wasn’t a problem for us on our stay and we would definitely stay again. The room was spotlessly clean and I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely hotel.

First visit to this hotel but will definitely not be the last. The whole experience was fantastic I can't think of a negative word to say.
The room we had, 206 was on the front with a lovely sea view, it was lovely, clean and well appointed. The communal guest areas were well decorated and extremely comfortable.
We had breakfast there each morning of our 3 night stay and we could not fault one single thing, buffet breakfast good, cooked options fantastic we tried both the full Welsh and the Welsh rabbit.
We also ate in the hotel restaurant on 2 of the evenings and again the food was outstanding, all made fresh by the very talented chef.
Staff very attentive and welcoming nothing was too much trouble.
Daisy was a star.

Stayed for 3 nights in early may. Room was very comfortable and had everything you need for a long weekend away. A tiny bit cramped but for the price I paid was an absolutely brilliant deal.

Furthermore the breakfast and dinner services provided some of the tastiest food I have experienced in a British hotel. Though they have limited capacity so make sure to book and the food is cooked fresh so expect to make an experience out of your meal instead of a quick dine and leave.

At the far end of the prom so quite a walk to the pier hence the 4* for location but quiet and with sea views. Room lovely but a bit of mould near taps in the bath but minor quibble. Great extras in the room.

Breakfast a bit of a rip-off, £15 for one sausage, one slice of very good bacon, one slice of black pudding, one hash brown, some baked mushrooms, baked beans and a single egg. It had also been kept warm as it had all curled up a little at the edges. Continental breakfast was a buffet so if thats what you want then... Why does it matter? I love my food and lots of it!

Staff were superb, reception, waiting staff, cleaners descrete.

On the whole a great stay, better than last time when it was about to go bust, we will def be back, I'll just have to stay hungry until I can grab something in town or fill up on toast!

Really lovely hotel in an idyllic location. Only stayed one night but would most definitely stay again. Breakfast was delicious with a set hot food menu as-well as the continental options. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were fairly luxury. Well worth the price.

We have just had a truly lovely afternoon tea here today. We were looked after the lovely Mark who couldn't do enough for us. Topping us up with unlimited tea and coffee. Well done Mark and thank you, very much.

Great value for money, service and surroundings. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for an extra treat to their holiday break.

We stayed for 3 nights during the welsh open snooker. What a find! The hotel was very clean, nicely furnished with comfortable beds. All of the staff were very welcoming, friendly and down to earth. We didn’t have a evening meal but the quality and choice for breakfast was outstanding (with the best poached eggs ever!) The dining room and bar areas were stunning and they provided free lemon infused water which was a nice touch when arriving back at the hotel. We had a problem with our shower but it was fixed straight away and they also cleaned the room and provided fresh towels every day. We were lucky enough to stay alongside snooker players and commentators which was a added bonus to our stay. All four of us really enjoyed our stay here and we can’t wait to return if we are ever visiting beautiful Llandudno again. We miss you Llandudno Bay hotel!
