One of your staff members unprofessional un welcoming rude and shouldn't work in hospitality this is not the first time I've have to stay away from your shop for 3 years because of her and have lived on the estate all my life but only just recently moved but have to use the shop for my parents as the ill .
Even if you have a problem personally this shouldn't be the same in a work environment no need for it .
No hello change just slammed on counter and no thank you or goodbye..but greeted the man behind me with hello and a smile and she's the same with all my family .

Unfriendly and rude staff, surely even, which is a let down. Worth the trip to the shop on the bottom estate, they have a much better selection, at cheaper prices and the staff unlike the ones at this go over and beyond are helpful and polite. Ant the the shop on the lower estate doesn't have a £3 limit on cards, so you don't go in for just milk and end up buying items you don't need at astronomical costs.
Avoid at all costs, unless in an emergency

Short changing children, shame on you! Won't be shopping there again!
