This little B&B was a gem, very friendly host and cozy room. The price is very reasonable and it included breakfast. Llandudno (hard to pronoun) is a very nice place with stunning coast. worth visiting.

This hotel is excellent. Chris and Stephen are amazing hosts, nothing is too much trouble. The room was spotless and a good size for two people. The breakfast is 10/10, the best fry up I've probably had. It was a pleasant surprise that Chris remembered how we liked our breakfast each morning. You can tell they enjoy what they do and lots of effort goes into the business. I look forward to returning!

Absolutely perfect. Yes, there is no lift, so if you are not able to carry your bags, the staff will do it for you. If stairs are not for you, neither is this hotel. The owners are the staff. Their meticulous attention to detail, as well as their availability for whatever a guest may need, makes this a wonderful place to stay. Traffic out front is present during the day, but not at night. The views of the sea and surrounding geographical features are outstanding. The food is very good and very reasonable. As we had read about crime on other reviews, we were curious to see what exists. We encountered only one crime: A seagull attacked my ice cream cone and smashed it onto the boardwalk. Other than that, no crime that we saw, experienced, or heard about. We look forward to straying here again.

This place is great. The 2 lads running it are at the next level of service. Nothing is to much bother always cheerful. They make it look easy. Rooms are spotlessly clean along with the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice.

My husband and I stayed for four nights. The hotel was in a wonderful position alone the sea front, view lovely overlooking the sea from the dining room. The food was wonderful and excellent value. The host could not have done more for you, nothing was too much trouble.

This is our second visit to Swn Y Mor Hotel, and, we were just as impressed as we were the first time. Nothing is too much trouble for Chris & Steve, they will go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Cleanliness, and, the location of the hotel is first class, and, breakfast and evening meals are delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely short break at this hotel. Very clean and great sea view location close to the Promenade. Owners are also a delight. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing base to explore Llandudno or North Wales in general.

The service was the best we have had all trip. They even took our bags up to our room and brought them down at the end. Being on the third floor overlooking the beach was wonderful. Would stay again.

Our room was very clean, comfortable with wonderful sea view, had everything you need. Bathroom was clean and amazing. We ordered the traditional breakfast, it was Good and fresh. Friendly, attentive staff - Chris, was very helpful, greeted us a warmed and welcoming way. Good value. Will definitely be going back and recommended to friends and relatives.

Swn y Mor is excellently situated on the prom a short walk away from the pier and town centre. Extremely clean rooms and dining room. Chris and Steven are professional, courteous and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Always smiling. We will definitely stay again if we holiday in Llandudno and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My wife and I have enjoyed our first visit to this lovely hotel. This friendly hotel is run by two guys Chris and Steve who ensure your stay is a happy experience. The hotel is not over the top posh its clean and the rooms all have all the facilities you would expect. The breakfast is second to none and is flexible to your own taste. We decided to test out their evening meal over a couple of nights and again found as was the breakfast beautifully prepared. There were also choices of reasonable priced red and White wines that were refreshing on the palate. We would definitely recommend this friendly welcoming establishment.

Located on the seafront, we received a warm welcome from Chris and Steve. The rooms are lovely, well furnished and very clean. Bathrooms are modern too.
Breakfast is locally sourced and delicious. Evening meals are available, and highly recommended.
Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else now.

We have just got home from our 4th stay. Steven and Chris were as lovely as ever and nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is spotless and the food is gorgeous. The guest hub is a fantastic addition and we can't wait for our next visit.

Arrived early & met by host. Room was ready which was great. Hotel/Rooms very clean & tidy. Great seaview. Even had our own seagull, only occasional visits. No problem. Great location. Hosts were really welcoming, very friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again in the future. No frills, very comfortable

Stayed over the May bank holiday with my hubby lovely hotel Chris and Steve are both lovely made us feel very welcome. Booked directed with the hotel had a lovely sea view from our 3rd floor bedroom ensuit room was lovely and clean extra special to find a box of chocolates waiting for us plus tea coffee and even hot chocolate in the room. Will defiantly be going back already recommended to friends and family. Food was lovely too even for someone as fussy as me.

Stephen and Chris are exceptional hosts,nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is spotless,felt very safe during this difficult time with all the covid restrictions.Plentiful choice at breakfast ,and evening meals.We will definitely be returning again.

We recently spent a couple of nights in LLandudno and stayed at the Swn Y Mor. From our arrival until the moment we left we were so impressed with the hotel, the service and especially the disposition of the owners. Their approach was helpful and friendly and both went out of their way to engage with their guests, making sure that everyone enjoyed their stay. Our room and indeed the whole hotel was spotlessly clean, the linen and towels all of good quality and the bed extremely comfortable. Lots of thoughtful little touches were included that made our stay special. The breakfast deserves a special mention..excellent choice of cereals, fruit juices, fresh fruit salad, yoghurts and then a choice of mains. We opted for the Full English and Eggs Benedict on both days and can honestly say that they are probably the best breakfasts we've tasted in a long time. Followed by toast with a choice of preserves and a couple of pots of freshly brewed coffee we were really set up for the day.
