Iris Hotel

Altho we did upgrade at a small cost. We found both rooms we had perfectly fine. Our upgraded room was beautiful sea view, very pleased. Annex room was smaller

Clearly states continental breakfast which we found perfectly fine, ample choices of cerials fruit yoghurt porridge toast and eggs how ever u liked them cooked.

The staff we encounted were extremely helpful and friendly.

Would stay again

Fantastic sea view, great rooms and 1st class breakfast. Great price too, can't go wrong.

Great hotel at a great price which also included a Free Continental Breakfast including hot toast with a variety of freshly made hot egg choices which is unusual with a continental breakfast.
The bar was also very good value with offers of 2 bottles of various beers and shorts for only £5.00.
The staff were very friendly and helpful with a particular mention of Michaela and Raul who looked after us.
We stayed in a standard room with a view to the rear which was clean, comfortable and lovely and quite with heater, drink making facilities, TV, hairdryer. We didnt find anything that we thought was missing.
We will definitely be returning.

I had a nice stay at Iris Hotel. Clean, big room, great beach view, and good location. Great value for money! No wifi at room (only in lobby) and no cooked breakfast (stay comes with free breakfast - limited options) but that’s not a big deal! As we say we get what we pay for. Room price not expensive compare to other hotels around. Staff were effecient and helpful. Definitely needs some improvement on other aspects but i must say if you’re traveling on a budget will definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean and excellent value for money for a 3 star hotel. WiFi is available in bar/reception areas - not in rooms, this not a problem for us but may cause issue if here for a business trip. Great location with easy walk from rail station. Sea views great and didn't notice traffic from in room. 9

Spotless room, comfortable and warm. Great shower /bathroom, very clean. Bed soft and comfy. Beautiful sea view and near to venue cymru. And the staff were very friendly and welcoming..
But don't come here if you want an alcoholic drink or a cooked breakfast in the morning.

Great location on the sea front, near to shops etc. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional, great selection. We will definitely go there again.

I booked a room here through booking.com last minute because of awful service at another B&B and could not have been happier. The staff on reception were friendly and polite, very thorough check in and covid safe. The room was beautiful, big king sized bed, nice and clean wit stunning views of the promenade. Thank you for turning my trip around

Cant praise this hotel enough,wonderful staff ,great breakfast ( continental) good variety plus eggs cooked how you want . Will definitely stay again

Lovely friendly staff with a warm welcome. Good breakfast. Very clean and pleasant room with sea view. No daily room service under Covid measures but nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we just had to ask. Good price too. We will definitely be back.

I stayed here around a year ago, just never got round to doing a review. This place sticks in my head a lot. What a lovely little hotel this was. The owner was amazing & couldn't do enough for us! We was going early in the morning & he told us we couldn't go without breakfast! We insisted we was ok but he ensured we had breakfast (didn't charge either, bless him) the rooms was a decent size also. Lovely place and would certainly return

Food was delicious, service was great, location and views were outstanding.
The bed was two singles pushed together which made for uncomfortable sleeping for a couple.

Absolutely stunning sea view, worth every penny being on the sea front. Couldn't get a better location. Staff couldn't have done more for us. Decent breakfast. Only downfall was a bleach stain on the carpet and the shower/ bath taps working simultaneously but would definitely come back!

Was put in the iris because the hotel we booked was being refurbished. It was like being upgraded from second to first class nothing to say about it but there is a god pure bliss def 5 star service and comfort at 2 star price def returning again and again

Unfortunately we could only stay one night, would loved to have had a longer stay. Staff were so helpful. Spotlessly clean hotel. Bedrooms and bed were huge. Evening meal was really good, breakfast was perfect so quick. Sea views perfect. Thank you staff for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely room on the ground floor the bed was so comfy and we both slept really well. Rebbeca on reception was outstanding helping me with getting the shower working and sorting some milk for my grandson.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy , the pictures were spot on , the lady on the front desk who I assume was manager was so lovely made us feel very welcomed , 10/10 would stay again :)
