Great store, vast range of DIY and building supplies. Staff friendly and helpful. Also there staff free check outs but note I had a situation when trying to use the credit note. Recommend that you use a manned checkout. Large free car park.

Visited store today, managed to pick up a bargain in a garden trough, was impressed by the store well laid out and tidy, ended up spending ages looking around as things caught my eye.

Huge warehouse type store. Light, well spaced aisles, easy access to most goods. Some staff are really customer focused, some however, aren't. Parking free for two hours, plenty of spaces. Disabled spaces well catered for. Trade Centre.

I visited today to grab some paint and just wanted to highlight how accomodating and helpful Stefania was on the paint counter. She took the time to offer advice and support, listened to the details of my project and had excellent knowledge on the best products for the job.

One of our regular shopping stops. Great DIY supplies, tools, paints, wallpaper, lighting etc, etc. A must visit.

Super friendly and helpful guy called Richard in the wood cutting. I came in with my daughter and a bunch of awkward dimensions to cut. He couldn't have been more amenable. Thank you Richard!

Went plant shopping plants great condition well looked after. AND lady at check out got help for us to take them to car, as we are bit disabled. 😀

Had a lovely young assistant serving us on the Valspar paint table today.She was patient and knowledgeable and a credit to the store. I tried so hard to remember her name but my brain failed me.She had dark hair and her name had 4 letters. 😊

This one has got a board material saw and the others do not. Always in here for my business. Also, have a trade card now.

Great place to go for all diy needs. Staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Many of them always going beyond just what’s necessary. Safe Covid 19 procedures in place since March. Shame that many customers just treat the shop like a jumble sale at times. Click and Collect also well organised and always greeted with a smile and a hello or good morning/afternoon. Proves always competitive and great range of products always on the shelves, despite production shortages elsewhere.

Great products and wide range but not everything was priced up

I was having a tough time finding some DIY stuff but Stefania and Connor were the loveliest and most helpful people I could have hoped for. Stefania's recommendations were stellar and I actually hope to ask her if she wants to be my friend when I next visit the shop. I wish they both get the recognition they deserve for being so wonderfully approachable, professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the maze that is the B&Q building. I couldn't use the feedback form on the receipt as the link just returns a 404 error, lol.

First rate large DIY and Gardening Store with excellent low prices and a huge range of DIY Equipment and Gardening. Very highly recommend!

Had excellent service from Amber when we needed help with our kitchen order. We had to do an exchange of items and Amber was absolutely brilliant. She found our order, the product we had received, the product we needed and organised uplift/ delivery easily. A very confident and capable member of staff.

Great store. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is everything there you need for any DIY job.

This is B&Q's flagship store and it is massive! It literally has everything in it, and everything on display and working. Compared to the frustrating experience when I go to my local b&q and they don't have the simplest things in stock, this was a completely different experience.
Go to one DIY store and get everything you need? First time I've been able to do that in years.

I wouldn't usually bother reviewing a company like BandQ due to their size. However on this occasion I was blown away by the wood cutting service.

I went in to have a large stock sheet cut into various sized panels to make into artists painting surfaces. The size had to be exact and I was a little nervous....

However the friendly chap listened to my requirements, took care to make accurate cuts and even checked his own work afterward. All cuts are spot on perfect and I couldn't be happier.
