Very impressed with the quality of service. Assistant listened carefully to my requirements and matched them to an appropriate product - no hard sell of something more expensive than I needed. A refreshing change!

In October I bought a VR for my son end of November he dropped it he broke the inner seal, I took it back to Currys. I was treated amazingly by Malan he was very helpful and polite he was happy to help with my situation he replaced the seal with no charge. My son was very happy as he received a few items for our inconvenience. I will definitely shop in Currys its good to know you will be looked after !!

Excellent from start to finish. A young lady advised us on washing machines, told us how they work and arranged a very quick delivery and then it was fitted in, etc. Delighted with all the efficiency.

I wanted to take the time to call out a couple of the staff from Currys Gloucester for exceptional customer service that went far beyond what I expected.

After huge amounts of hassle with LG trying to resolve a broken washing machine, we had to resort to visiting Currys to ask them to intervene.

Despite LG being responsible for the warranty for the first year, Currys helped me get a replacement machine sorted. They took on my complaint with LG and pulled strings to ensure we weren’t without the item.

I won’t go into details of what exactly was arranged but I want to say a huge thank you to both Harry (store manager) and Mark on the customer service help desk.

Both did everything in their power and more to ensure our issues were resolved when really it should have been down to LG. Top customer service and beyond all expectations.

Big store take your dog in as well plenty of staff to serve you,got some lovely tvs in there,will wait for sales before I go back there again

Was thinking of going somewhere else but so so glad I went to curry's. The kit I needed wasn't what I thought it was and in fact if I had gone to argos or online they would of sent it and it wouldn't of worked so very glad I went to curry's. They set me up on sky there and then, got a freesat recorder also as a back up and got a new TV on impulse too! Highly recommended

The advisor/ technician was pleasant and very helpful at Bath Currys..we appreciated the support he gave setting up my daughter's new computer and transferring data from her old one.

We were buying a Smart TV for the first time and had the most helpful young man assist us with navigating our way around these new,for us technologies. Clear and relevant explanations were given for why one television might cost more than another. The television we chose wasn't in stock, it was ordered and arrived as planned the next day. A really good experience.

After a HORRENDOUS time firstly with Hereford, then Cribbs Currys, Gloucester currys have done me well. 3 weeks with no cooker. DO NOT BOTHER with Their ' care and repair '. It's an utterly waste of time and money. Gloucester have arranged for my new cooker, even sorted the delivery and recycling, free of charge. Defo one of the better stores. Steer clear of cribbs and Hereford. Nothin but lies and false promises. Gloucester Currys Honestly made things so easy. Super helpful staff. Will defo be comin back in the future. Thankyou guys.

Just bought a TV from the Gloucester Eastern Avenue store. They had a great range of TVs on display and enough staff members available to answer questions and offer advice. We were served by Jack who was really helpful and knowledgeable. He even came out into the pouring rain with another colleague to help us get it into the car. They both got soaked through but never complained, they were a credit to the store.
