Excellent food and service. Lovely atmosphere and view of the hills.The ladies were very friendly and accommodating. Food was fresh and tasty..good portion size. Would Definately come here again.

Very friendly staff, good food and huuuuge portions.
We ordered garlic mushrooms and share platter as starters and then 2 beef briskets and 2 rib racks, and it was defo too much for 4 people. Staff packed the rest for us to take away.
For that and one diet coke we paid about £91. Not cheap but worth it.

This has been the best dining experience I've had in the U.K. The brisket is amazing, the beer is great. The staff are wonderful and efficient. Major kudos from this oklahoman!

We ordered over the phone for takeaway. Food was ready on time, staff were friendly and welcoming on collection. We had brisket bites with cajun mayo as starters...these were sooooo tasty. Two of us had the Welsh beef lasagne and two had the burger with cheese and bacon. Both were hot, tasty the burgers were juicy and did not disappoint. The chips were so light and fluffy we all commented how delicious they were. Every part of this takeaway meal was excellent. We will more than likely dine here again during our stay.

Great Food and Service and the staff are also lovely and very helpfull. We had Popcorn shrimp and a chicken wings for starters, I had the Trio of Sliders and my partner had the Beef Brisket we were far too full for desert. Best meal out we've had in a long time and a fair pair. I will definitely be going back and will be recommending to family and friends.

Great quick service in a lovely setting. Had the pulled pork and beans which was great and tasty and the others in the party had the burgers which in their own words were 'the best I've ever had'. They have had some burgers at high end restaurants and the US so that's a big claim. A must visit if in the area.

Excellent food and great staff, well worth going

Tried this place as we were staying in the nearby Haven holiday park, family of 4, and we ordered the big platter with a bit of everything on there, also ordering a few sides too so we had enough food, that was a mistake! just a warning ( in a good way) the platter is big! and would have easily fed us all, but they happily boxed up the remaining food for us to take away with us afterwards.

We often go to Porthmadog for the day to the beach, and after eating here i did suggest to the wife that we could bring the camper van down and do an overnight trip as the park that the smokehouse is on looked nice, sadly they do not accept commercial vehicles and mine is a converted van, so we will be unable to do so. The only downside to the place i guess.

Fantastic food and very friendly and helpful staff, my family and I go here every year for the last three years and we are always impressed. Steaks are cooked exactly as you ask for.
Would definitely recommend and we will always return, when we are down on our family holiday.

One wouldn't necessarily expect this out of the way smokehouse to have such good food but it's a pleasant surprise. There are generous portions, prices are easy on the wallet and there are both indoor and outdoor seating options for all weather conditions. I would recommend the brisket, which I thoroughly enjoyed

Great food, beautifully cooked and presented, great staff We had the "Mega Platter" this dish is for 4,, it fed 5 of us easily. Laura and Marie and the rest of the staff,.all very helpful and friendly, we felt very welcome

Lovely food nice staff

Just a lovely meal, my wife and I had brisket beef bits and Cajun mayo, breaded garlic mushrooms, for starters. Pulled pork with bbq beans, brisket beef both with chips. The food was very tasty and the staff very friendly.

The staff were friendly. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The food was lovely. The prices were cheap. What more do you need?
