Top class service. After ringing another Basingstoke Balloon supplier first to help me out as I left it to the last minute, as I needed Balloons on the day I rang. Was told they shut at 16.00 hrs. So that was no use to me.
Then I found Basingstoke Balloons & Events on Google. Rang & spoke to Deborah, who was of great assistance. Sent me 75 pictures of different selections, or I could mix it up a bit.
Had them ready for me about 4 hours later, after telling me she has got a busy day on.
First class service & willing to accommodate my needs.
Excellent service, highly recommend.
Will be using Debbie again.

Deborah did the most amazing job of my balloon display for my 40th birthday party. She did exactly what I wanted and more!!! The balloons were displayed around a gold ring with some foliage which really suited the venue too. My photos look fabulous all due to the balloons and all the guests commented on them too. Great communication with Debbie right from the start! Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of ideas discussed and pictures shared to ensure I could make the right choices for my event. Went for a package and was glad I did. The balloons looked amazing and transformed the room. Received lots of lovely comments about how lovely they were. Ordered balloons for my works Christmas party and oh my god did Debs deliver the wow factor. I was given a fairly small budget for decorations which I explained to Debbie, nothing was too much trouble and she came up with a killer assortment of balloons to fit the budget. Messaged a day before my sons birthday as we had an unexpected problem with my car , they delivered my balloons within 30 minutes of me messaging always use them on and off for birthdays and party’s etc and never let me down thank you again for your prompt reply and getting my sons balloons to us to quickly also we recently purchased fireworks which you can get all year round and they did not disappoint , kids loved them and so did we

Deborah decorated our wedding chairs with beautiful sashes in the exact colours we wanted to match the table flowers and autumn theme. We also had 3ft mr & Mrs balloons with ivy they were amazing. Giant light up LOVE letters were an absolute hit, everyone wanted pictures with them. Deborah was just so easy to work with what a lovely lady. Would definitely recommend for any type of party she does all the hard work and you get all the praise. Fantastic from start to finish made for some beautiful pictures xxx

I the pressure of organising a big 60th birthday celebration for my partner, ahh I thought ballon’s are a must, bigger the better. I spoke to Debbie and she was amazing face lots of fantastic ideas and together we came up with the ideal arrangement. Debbie then made all the arrangements and delivered and setup all the displays as this was a surprise event. The results were stunning, my partner was very excited and surprised all at the same time within the first glance of these beautiful balloon designs. A very big thank you to Debbie for helping to make the day a very special one and less stressful for me.

Had Debbie do our balloons for a joint 50th & 21st party. We had an arch over illuminated numbers and clusters of balloons on the tables. Debbie was always quick to respond to messages, gave me lots of options & ideas. Arrived promptly on the day of the party and was very professional & knowledgeable yet very friendly and calm. Would highly recommend using this company & I hope I get to use them again in the future.
