Click and collect: Don't know the guys name, dealt with him a couple of times and always courteous and friendly. Great service and products!

Staff on trade counter always extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

It's not the biggest store but it's had pretty much everything I expected to find. Click is collect is great and it means you can easily order things to store they don't normally hold.

Big shout out to Sean/Shaun who helped me find something in store and then helped me carry and load my purchase into the car as it was heavy!

Fantastic friendly helpful staff, the store was well stocked and easy to find what I wanted. Diy at your convenience when you b&q it.

Amazing staff! Upon our visit, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly as always, helping us find exactly what we needed. As we were leaving, our car battery died in B&Q carpark, then we had the horrible realization we didn't have any jump leads. We had to ask the staff for help and they immediately got brainstorming, trying to source us a jump lead from other staff, thinking of where we could get one. The manager came and with the help of another colleague, pushed the car to a start. So so grateful, they were so friendly and efficient, just an excellent team.

Nice store as every other B&Q store but better check for stock online if you're shopping around and want to see several options because this is not the biggest, it might be worth going to Farnborough.

Exactly what you would expect from b&q, staff were lovely too. Wish some of the garden tools were a bit more heavy duty, but that's a minor gripe

Have been using B&Q more and more for DIY lately and have always had a really positive experience. Hugh and George, in particular, are absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable and patient, they take the time to explain and offer advice. Thank you very much guys.

Great place to shop for a new kitchen! The staff were really helpful and they were able to quickly design our kitchen and show us all the items that would be required for the kitchen. A truly excellent service! In other shops you may need to spend some time sitting with a designer but this was all done with little involvement from us and emailed over on the same day! Brilliant!

Deasent sized store, friendly and helpful staff always find what I'm looking for

I love the staff here, happy helpful people. If they dont have it in store, they help me find what I need or order it or offer an other solution if possible. My go to staff are Claire, Kerry, Dean, Freddy, and Luke, they always say hi, when they see me.

Store was quiet at the time of visit. Social distancing in place. Hand sanitiser were at the door along with trolley spray and masks if required. Personnel posted at front of shop to ensure face masks were worn. Managed to find what I was looking for but needed to call staff member to locate the last item required, The staff member turned up within a minute or two after being called. Friendly staff.

The store had exactly what I needed, they were reasonably priced and the aisles were wide enough to get the bulky trolley down. When I got to the till and there was a queue they opened another till for me. All good things. Store was moderately sized but still had a wide range of lines.

ALL the staff at the basingstoke branch are so helpful, smiley and kind. Nothing is ever to much to ask and they make shopping there a pleasure.

i went in to the basingstoke store for some paint for a art project, the paint i saw online wasn't what i thought but i met Hugh who introduce me to a paint i hadn't seen online, i bought 3 pots then and there and took 6 sample cards that i will buy when i need them
Hugh understood my projects and showed me lots of thing that solved several problem, i spent a small fortune but over all i think it was money well spent

It’s not as big as some of them but big enough to find ALMOST everything you would expect.

Cashier very nice, stuff laid out fairly well, shop floor staff very helpful. Got everything we wanted all at very reasonable cost. Will be going back for flooring and tiles and hob/oven combo shortly, as range good and good prices.

Good stock, knowledgeable and friendly staff, when you can find one. Good for getting DIY & gardening bits and bobs. Had both our kitchen and bathroom fitted by them. Kitchen lasted for years, sadly bathroom fittings not of the best quality, and need replacement.
