I’ve not been here for years and decided to come with my partner yesterday. A warm welcome and smiles from the 2 lovely guys on arrival. Even though they were busy they still had time to smile and a little chat.
Chef Charles was lovely and also very friendly which is a rarity these days 🥴
We will definitely be back to try out the burgers and pizzas!

Visited Stonehouse yesterday to try out this years 3 course festive menu as we always do and it did not disappoint!

We go to The Beach Arms a few times a month, it’s always great.
I particularly love the breakfasts normally, it’s a help yourself all-you-can-eat and is divine! We often pop in for a carvery in the evenings too.

Yesterday, at the 3 course festive menu I had the tomato soup, followed by a roast and then chocolate cake with custard. It was all delicious.

We’re a family of 5 eating out and even in the busiest times of the day, the wait is never very long.

Yesterday the service was perfect as usual, we were served by Michelle and Irena who were both super friendly and efficient. Very welcoming as soon as we entered and helpful throughout our visit. They both seem like very hard working ladies and all the customers were happy.

The meal was fantastic value and the restaurant nice and warm.

We’re already planning to come back and try different meals from the festive menu - I’d really recommend trying it - pace yourself though because the desserts are huge!

We came to the Beach arms today for a quick bite to eat today and left happy and full. We ordered our drinks and meals at the bar with a welcoming young lady and didn’t have to wait long at all for our meals to arrive at our table. One of the servers, Irena, kindly took time to discuss our dessert options and recommended the most amazing sundaes to us, which we ordered and thoroughly enjoyed. Will absolutely be back soon to try some others.

It was absolutely great! Staff were friendly, Service was great, and the food was amazing! The Christmas menu is absolutely amazing, and the Yorkshire Pudding starter was to die for! I’m actually on my way back, a week later, to have the Festive Menu again tonight, because I can’t stop thinking about how lush that starter was 😂❤

I Stay here regularly on business trips, to avoid the larger chain hotels that I stay in around the world, and enjoy my evenings in the restaurant / bar. I have huge praise in particular for one member of the team who over the last 12 months I have watched worked tirelessly. Irena is an outstanding member of the team, working so hard to accommodate her guests, and an absolute credit to the restaurant team You, and indeed Irena herself should be very proud of the way she works and treats her guests.. Seriously one of the best and hardworking waitresses I’ve met on my travels.

We went to Beach Arms yesterday for our friends' 28th wedding anniversary and we had an amazing time. The food was lovely and the customer service was great. Irena - the lady who was looking after us was making sure we are happy and she did a great job. We had a pleasant time. Highly recommended! 😊🥰

Haven't been for years but fancied a roast without cooking. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially charming Charles 😉, the two young waiters and the tall barman. We all enjoyed our meals and now look forward to no washing up! Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Beach Arms and I must say it was a delightful experience. The carvery was delicious, offering a variety of mouthwatering options. The friendly and attentive staff added to the positive atmosphere, making me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my visit. What's more, the prices were reasonable, providing excellent value for money. I was so impressed that I can't wait to return for another enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended!

My absolute favourite place to eat. There’s free parking and plenty of it. We’ve never had a problem getting a table, even when we book it’s not normally rammed. Love the old pub carpet and decor in there, really brings back the old pub vibes, it cosy and I absolutely love it. The pictures on the walls of the written pages and painted people on the top are gorgeous. The carvery is the best I’ve found anywhere, and it’s really reasonably priced too. All the staff I’ve encountered there have been super friendly - Georgia (I think that’s her name) always seems to be there when I go and she’s very welcoming and smiley. I’m absolutely devastated I can’t find the trillionaire bar on the menu anymore because it was just the best dessert ever 💔 I also find going up to the bar to order a bit of faff, I’m sure this is a recent thing - table service was much better but I can understand why they’d want to switch. Also I’m on O2 and get no service so can’t use the scan and order thing but honestly this is still my favourite place to come for a carvery, or a meal out, I will always recommend it to anyone!

Has become my favourite place to stay. Have been coming for several years now so recognise some of the staff now. From house keeping to reception to bar and kitchen personnel, full marks for atmosphere. 6 quid breakfast is hard to beat

I recently visited The Beach Arms and had a great experience. There was plenty of parking available, which made things very convenient. The Beach Arms offered a good variety of amenities and services, catering to both adults and kids. It's definitely kid-friendly, which was a big plus for my family.
In terms of value for money, I found the rates to be reasonable considering the quality of service and the amenities provided. The staff were also very polite and accommodating, which added to the overall positive impression. I would highly recommend The Beach Arms and will be returning very soon again.

Enjoyed a carvery here tonight for my step mother’s birthday and it was incredible. The chef Charles was very friendly and helpful! Definitely coming back here and definitely recommend! :)

I only really come here for the breakfast. This place steam their eggs rather than fry them. Like a poached egg but without a hint of vinegar or the wateriness! They cook them fresh in batches.. just need to ask for fresh ones if needed! The bacon is great, sausages are quality and selection is superb for the price!!

Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff. Highly recommended. Decent carvery, and the other bits look tasty as well. Kudos

Have visited many times and each time the food has been absolutely superb especially the festive menu that is available at the moment is amazing!

The carvery’s are also spectacular they are delicious and would definitely recommend as well

Over all it as amazing and would definitely recommend the service is also 10/10 and a very well priced menu with a lovely variety!!

We received a friendly welcome from Koby at the bar on arrival. We were only ordering drinks, but weren't made to feel like second class citizens which sadly is the case at many UK pubs nowadays, who are chasing the dining market. Thank you to Irena for her genuine interest that we were well looked after during our visit. We will be back!

We went to the Beach Arms for dinner and we were served by Michelle, Irena and Koby. The service was really quick and everyone was really nice. We had a great laugh with everyone and had a lovely evening with delicious food.
10/10 recommend the carvery calzone!

Fantastic food off of the set price part if the menu. Classic burger is so good. Really good value and very tasty with great chips also.
My go to place for a burger.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Very flexible eating too with good choices and an ace carvery.

I particularly think the following staff are worth a mention for being super. Irene, Michelle and of course Koby. Keep it up guys.
