Aaron undertook an extensive repair and repaint on our Grade II listed property. The building had been subject to many poor decisions over the years, and it needed care and attention to enable it to breathe again with mineral based paints. Aaron is what you call a "unicorn" when it comes to redecorating. As it's a big commitment, I wanted to make sure I chose the right person.
Having thoroughly researched lots of redecorators across Basingstoke, Aaron initially stood out to me based on the high amount of positive reviews from different sources compared to others and because he was on the "Three Best Rated" Website for the whole of Basingstoke.
Aaron was easy to reach compared to many other "top" redocrators and he was very responsive, easy to talk to, very warm, polite and extremely knowledegable. He was also very honest,patient, accomodating and trustworthy with superb memory.

Our house had a few nicks and cracks on our walls, ceilings and wooden surfaces. We also needed some wall paper replacing. Aaron was able to sort out all the re-surfacing, plastering and sanding while re-decorating all the rooms, bathrooms and front door of our house. The quality of the paint he used, was superb and met our own personal needs, as I was keen to have surfaces that were easy to clean without needing a re-paint. Overall the quality of the work was amazing.

A few weeks after the work was complete, we realised one of our bathrooms had high condensation on the walls due to the nature of the house and ventilation in that specific bathroom. (This issue didn't occur in our other bathroom in the same house).We reached out to Aaron and he promptly responded and was very re-assuring and helped explain the cause which was actually nothing we had to worry about. He then took a step further by freely volunteering to swing by with an alternative paint type to help resolve it if we wanted something different, all at no additional expense. He even rembered the paint colour for that specific bathroom without us saying anything. We took him up on the kind offer and are really chuffed.

I can assure anyone reading this, that Aaron is truly a unicorn I strongly recommend and will use him again in future.
