Yet another treat yesterday at the Hampshire Arms.
A midway lunch between Christmas and New Year was a welcome break after cooking over the holiday.
This is a super village restaurant and pub/bar.
A great location in beautiful Crondall village.
When I come here it’s always an exciting and reliable menu and quality food in a beautiful calm and relaxing atmosphere.
The staff, and one young lady in particular, are friendly and bend over backwards to make you feel at home.
I have nothing but praise for this place.

One of two pubs in Crondall Village, with a local friendly feel. There's a good selection of local ales and plenty of space for group bookings. There is an under cover seating area at the back, and other picnic tables out in the open. The small beer garden has a homely feel to it.

Fantastic place to stop and have something to eat. A traditional village pub with a modern twist. The service was great, the food was amazing and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back again!

The atmosphere and food was incredible. The extra special treat was for us was the lovely lady (I wish I knew her name but I’ll describe as best I can; short brunette with glasses) she made our experience 10x better. I don’t eat pork and sometimes I feel embarrassed to make a fuss about it but she really put me at ease. I strongly recommend this pub it’s lovely we went on a Friday and Sunday evening (28/04/23 & 30/04/23).

I regret not asked her for her name but let’s just she truly made my evenings awesome. All I’m all the service and food was incredible!

Went for Lunch with a friend, on a Friday.
Didn't have a table booked, and didn't like where we first sat (my friend was struggling getting comfortable having just had a new hip) . We were served by Ashlie and nothing was too much bother for her....she moved us to a different table.
We both had 3 courses and the food was excellent.
Service was excellent. Couldn't fault the place. Well worth a visit.

Havnt been back to the village for over 10 years but I was born and grew up there. The lady serving us was amazing and the food was superb. Couldn't fault the service, food and warmth.

We decided to take our chances on this pub after doing a Google search to find a local dog friendly place. So glad we did! The pub itself was really nice, had two fires roaring which was very welcome on such a cold evening. The food was absolutely stunning - if in doubt go for the pie. And the staff were really nice, Yasmin was doing a cracking job serving behind the bar and doing table service for those dining. She was friendly, attentive and gave great recommendations. So happy we found this place, we will definitely come back.

Friday lunch after a dog walk, steak and ale pie followed by dessert, delicious. Excellent service, very friendly.

The food was delicious and seemed really good value. We were a large party (16) and had the "gallery" to ourselves, giving the children space to be themselves without disturbing anyone else. The gallery room was lovely and the table was laid up for us when we arrived, and staff were so attentive, they moved breakables, and took great care to check that the order they had taken was spot on, etc. Would recommend and hope to return soon!

Relaxed atmosphere, delicious and really well priced food. Celebrated mum's birthday here and we all said how great our evening was! The staff are attentive and polite. Love that it's dog-friendly too

Very well run with excellent bar staff. The menu was a little smaller than most pubs offer, but the quality was spot on.
Sometimes less is more.

Nice garden, good sized tables and portions.
Cutlery was immaculate. Homemade desserts were beautifully presented.

Had a great family Sunday lunch. Excellent food and good service on a busy Mothering Sunday.

We were so so pleased with an event we held here. The food and service was excellent, not to mention great value. Big beer garden is wonderful in the summer and the 'Gallery' has some interesting art work. All in all, a great pub and was a perfect Private Hire venue for us.

Had a family lunch for 11 just pre-Christmas and it was great. They made it all really easy for us, good food from a great menu, friendly service and very good value we thought. We'll definitely come back for more!

Popped in for lunch on saturday with two kids (we are over conscious of the noise they can make so do worry about eating out), we were made to feel very welcome, host extremely attentive and helpful, only two ales on, but very nice, and the food...well, all dishes were fabulous, think i have found my new favourite pub!

I popped in for a drink, ended up staying for dinner—a lovely meal at a great price. Also, I got to meet the friendly locals from the village. Highly recommend stopping in.
