Came for a coffee with my brother and all I can say is service was exceptional, a blonde lady Abi served us and well what an impact she makes on your day! Very happy, very smiley, she then made our drinks and again, wow.. best coffees in a long time! Will definitely be visiting again!

Lovely team, good coffee, what you need on a long journey. They were busy with drive thru but still found time to get us a dog bowl and served us really quickly.

Will be at tomorrows boot sale (5th Feb) with some classic Star Wars toys, Star Wars books, Doctor who collectibles, loads of great books and even some computer gear! Come say hello!

A hidden gem for a coffee break, hidden at the back of the estate. Plenty of parking which is limited to 2 hours and multiple EV charge points around.

Best Starbucks i've been too. Standard good quality drinks but the staff are what sets it apart from others. Staff came and gave our Dog ice cold water and asked if he wanted a free 'doggychino' which was really nice, always served with a smile.

Visited recently and they were busy, but the staff were friendly and efficient. Lovely seating inside and very clean. Will definitely visit again. Served by Olivia who was friendly and chatty. Great job all round from the team from what I experienced 👌

Coffee is always hot and lovely staff for friendly and always up for a good chat. If they’re not rushed off their feet.

Surprised by all the horrible reviews, it’s a Starbucks… not an expensive coffee lounge. Always accommodating to drink alterations & clearly staff are trying their best. My local Starbucks & never had any issues. Lots of seating inside as well as a very handy drive thru when in a rush.

Nice atmosphere with friendly staff.

One member of staff went above and beyond to bring our food we asked to be heated up over to where we were seated, which we did not expect.

The coffee is always great and made to perfection.

The members of staff here work really well with each other, like a well oiled machine.
Even though it was busy when we went In to the store, they managed to work through the queue really quickly and efficiently.
One member of staff was even given verbal abuse from another member of the public at the drive thru. Handled herself well.

Hi, just have to pass some very positive feedback re one of your staff. A young man called Joel/Joelle served my family today at your Fleet, Cove Road store. I have to say, he was an absolute pleasure - warm, smiling, courteous - couldn't do more to help. Delivering food orders to everyone at their tables, when you usually have to go and collect them from the counter when ready. Every customer who followed us, received the same level of high service and I also noted that he never stopped working in between customers. Anyway, I really hope the feedback gets passed on to your Area Manager, as he really deserves it. I'm afraid comments don't always get back to the staff member which is a real shame. Huge well done and thank you to Joel. Starbucks needs to look after and retain great staff members like this! 😊

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times and also happen to know first hand what it’s like to work in a place like this. That being said, some of these reviews sound like complete nonsense, from people who have clearly never worked in retail!
Today I had a wicked short visit through the drive thru. Maddie took my order and was delightful! We even had a laugh over the speaker system! My coffee was great and the cake wasn’t squashed in the bag like some stores I’ve been to. I’ll make sure I come here next time I’m using the M3

I rarely go to Starbucks as I have my own coffee maker.
The drive thru at this one was very busy, so there was a little wait. There were 5 staff, but only one making coffee.
The staff were very friendly and the coffee very nice..

Have only ever used the drive thru at this Starbucks but that has always been great, with minimal or no queue & drinks have always been good. Actual coffee shop looks pleasant with indoor & outdoor seating. Just ensure you only park in the Starbucks car park as cameras are in operation on other car parks & they have issued fines to people parked incorrectly.

Great and prompt service. Colleague Ro was outstanding - kept us updated whilst we waited for our drinks and made some really helpful suggestions when we go stuck on our order. If only all the other Starbucks stores were as good!:)

Lovely service today. We were served by a young lad who was chatty and friendly. He went through all the new summer cakes and recommended a drink to me that I would never normally have which was delicious. Excellent.

Coffee is always great here, just never know what the drive thru queue will be like. Some days just a couple of cars, the next day, queue is so long.
Make sure you give yourself plenty of time just in case.

This Starbucks is becoming a fairly regular stop on my travels between home and the local football club where I volunteer. Good service and pleasant surroundings in which to savour the delights of my decaff coffee and, sometimes, a naughty sugary treat too.

The server Niamh was so lovely and helpful, super easy to have a chat with. Best service I’ve received in a long time to be honest, and not to mention my iced coffee was great :)

Quick, friendly and professional. The staff use trays and masks etc at the hatch for the drive-through to minimise contact and the location is great for ease of access/if you are passing through. I recommend the large Double Chocolate Macchiato with an extra shot - Mm-mm!
