The Harlington

It was great to see Ian Shaw with Iain Ballamy & Jamie Safir come to Fleet as part of their UK tour. A great venue with a buzzing atmosphere as their Christmas special. So good to see a big turn out at The Harlington for a fantastic evening of jazz. Helpful staff and reasonable bar prices.

My daughter took me for my first visit to the comedy night at the Harlington. Three great acts and the compare introducing the acts also excellent. Bar staff very friendly- hence a great night.

Intimate gig watching Marti Pellow, he might be older than his Wet Wet Wet days but boy can he still sing!
An amazing emotional evening hearing stories of his childhood and growing up in Clydebank, the good times and the bad.
Some great songs to tell the tales with, definitely a night out I'll remember fondly for years to come.

Really enjoyed the tribute ABBA concert. Would recommend if you like their music.

Great live music venue, good bar and service too. Keep up the good work Harlington!

What a great evening at the Harlington this week for the Fleet Jazz Christmas concert! Ian Shaw was brilliant, really funny as well as a superb singer. And great to see a jazz club with so many people. Thanks to the lovely people who welcomed us too. We'll be back!!

'Starburst's Sleeping Beauty is PANTO-TASTIC!

It's just what you've been waiting for... and MORE!'

The best things come to those who wait! Well wait no more, because Starburst Theatre have brought their A game to The Harlington, Fleet, with their Christmas panto-tastic performance of, The Sleeping Beauty! Even whilst we sat waiting for the curtain to rise, we were mesmerised by the high-quality title graphics; beautiful!

We knew we were going to be blessed with an amazing show. Right from the outset, their stall was set, as the actors burst onto the boards with their high energy, enthusiasm, and authentic panto characters, who made for hilarious moments and jokes that were enjoyed by all! We were all especially treated by the comedic wit of Nursey - the pantomime dame - who kept the narrative on track and effortlessly engaged with the audience and also preyed on her various victims!

Every character and ensemble cast member all showed up with 100% commitment (even the youngest who shone bright from start to finish) all brought the magic which had extra sprinkles from the 3 fairies, who were little firecrackers! Caraboose stood her ground and kept her crown as the 'evil queen' and the audience couldn't help but boo and hiss at her presence! The whole performance was sprinkled with magical moments throughout, that made everyone's hearts go 'oooooohh' and 'arrrhhhhh'. Plus, a musical score that had us all toe tapping and clapping, accompanied by awesome choreography too.

All in all, the script, the actors, the musicians, the costumes, the set designers, the technical crew, directors, and Harlington staff, all played their parts in making this production the success that it was!

Extra kudos to the actors, as they effortlessly took it off the page and lit up the stage with their own 'je nais sa quoi' Starburst Theatre style.

The whole experience was a sheer delight and credit to both: The Starburst Theatre and The Harlington. Top class customer service and hospitality that seamlessly wrapped around the main event, was also extended to every adult and child, because tonight everyone was treated to the VIP experience, everyone experienced a little piece of something very special. And finally in the words of DK; "It was epic!"

Fleet Jazz this week - absolutely fabulous evening. Well done musicians, committee and the venue staff. Really looking forward to the January session, which promises to be another very special evening out.

Great venue, great bands, extremely good to have tables and chairs. We'll stocked bar and no silly prices. Atmosphere is amazing, well worth a visit. G

Fleet Jazz Club on 6th December was a great evening. An intimate venue with great jazz acts. This Xmas special was fantastic and Ian Shaw’s voice was exceptional as were the accompanying musicians. Looking forward to January’s 10th Anniversary.

Lovely little theatre. Well tiered so the stage is visible for all. Went to see the panto and had a great time. Paying for the car park can be a bit tricky and although nothing to do with the theatre, I thought worth a mention.

Really enjoyed the Jazz Christmas Special at The Harlington on the 6th December. Super performance and a wonderful turn out. Well done to everyone concerned!

Great place, table service from the bar via their app, drinks not too expensive, saw ELO Encounter who were great. Spoonies next door so ate there first. Will definitely go again👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Great community hub. Have been recently for a couple of events and they are well organised and the acts have been good. Special shout out for Michelle behind the bar last night at the acdc uk show. Constant smile that everyone mentioned.

Harrington is the centre of "big" events in fleet. The 10k, half marathon, tribute bands, comedy etc. It has an ok bar and a nice cafe and there is always something on.

Fantastic live entertainment venue! Great facilities, disabled friendly, lovely helpful staff. Well stocked bar; currently running in line with govt social distancing rules and coping well :-)

Probably the coziest pub I‘ve ever been to! Beautiful fireplace and beer/wine selection. You HAVE to try the olives!!! Also, amazing staff.
