Greeting was prompt no waiting straight to our table we had pre booked. Service for drinks was fast with very polite smiley service. Food didn’t take long to come we had the children’s mains with the starters which I requested and that wasn’t a problem(makes my life easier) . After starters were finished there wasn’t a long wait for main course. Food was well presented tasty and hot, no complaints from our table of 8 a lovely experience of dining. Thank you and well done the team at the willow tree.

We went for a meal two nights on the trot and there is plenty of variety on the menu for us to have something different each time.

This is a Marston pub and we prebooked a table on their website, tip - you can make requests on the booking system when booking. Modern, comfy restaurant with carpeted and stone floor areas for dogs. Prompt, friendly, helpful table service provided by Mitchell. Food menu is no longer two for one but is reasonably priced. With a good selection of starters, burgers, pub grub staples and deserts etc. We ordered three grazers :Buttermilk chicken and bbq chicken wings with dirty fries, and a mixed grill. The food was delicious and served quickly and there was plenty of it. We recommend this local restaurant and will be back. This restaurant is wheel chair accessible with a wheel chair accessible toilet. Car parking located in the large retail outlets car park. This is a children friendly and dog friendly restaurant.
Recent visit July 2023 there are offers on Monday to Thursday for a meal and a drink, check them out.
Revisit December 2022 great sirloin steak and mixed Grill.Grandchildren enjoyed the chicken nuggets and pencils with activity papers to keep them occupied. Still have the meal. Offers through the week.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. We were told there would be a 30-minute wait for food which was fine with us. It was really busy and I could see that staff were rushed off their feet. I had the steak and my sister had the cowboy burger, both were lovely meals. The waiter and waitress were really friendly and polite.

Myself ,husband and chihuahua come here often. The meals are always of a good standard and the service is superb! Always accommodating. I was nervous bringing my 3 month grandson and the dog on Sat, but the staff make you feel so welcome, it feels like home.

Such a fantastic visit, our waitress was amazing. On arrival I explained that my daughters Tourettes were really busy today and she may offend with her tics but she can’t help it. The lady didn’t skip a beat and said not to worry one bit and to come on in. Showed us to our table and her whole service was spectacular, patient, fun reassuring and helped us as a family enjoy a special occasion with no judgment.

My daughter felt so comfortable with her and her two brothers were fantastic (usually when we are anxious they feed off that but we were so at ease there wasn’t any issues)

Food was delicious and a great price too.

We absolutely loved our evening and really thankful to the waitress who made the whole experience enjoyable we even managed to stay long enough for dessert (something which is rare when tics are bad)

Shown to our table on arrival and the waitress took our drinks order. Ordered our meals and they didn’t take long to come. Waitress came back to ask if everything was ok. Food was lovely. Ordered desert although full lol. This was also lovely and didn’t have to wait too long for it to be served. All in all a lovely visit. So much so that we booked again when we got home to come for Sunday lunch.

We visited for Sunday lunch, the girl on the door was also our server. She was very polite and friendly. We didn’t catch her name but she had glasses and short hair. The roast dinners were both hot and delicious. We will definitely be back!🙂

Amazing! Beautiful place to eat. Venue is perfect. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have a disability and the staff member that seated my friend and I took the time to ask if the table she had chosen to seat us at met my needs etc. we were immediately asked if we had any allergies or special dietary requirements. The server then came back around to ask us if we’d like drinks whilst we were perusing the menus. I had a few questions about a discount voucher I had received and she happily gave me all the info I needed. The meals were top notch. The steaks we ordered were done to perfection. I can’t wait for my next visit. Bravo Willow Tree!

It was a really busy Friday night at the Willow Tree. Despite this the staff, especially Mitchell, were still amazing. Food was served quickly, and was lovely as always. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Amazing quality food, quick service, lovely friendly pub and amazing value for money. Would highly recommend to any friends and family, and will definitely be returning. Thank you; and thanks Mitchell :)

Had a friend's birthday meal here, 8 of us ordered and all arrived hot and tasted beautiful. Lovely atmosphere and out server Mitchell joined in the fun. Amazing evening will definitely be going back

absolutely amazing place here at the willow tree, the staff where outstanding and very approachable our waitress zoe made sure we had great service, as soon as we stepped through the door they greeted us with a warm welcome and great smile and the food!, the food was just outstanding , cooked to perfection, all 3 of my friends demolished our dinners eating every single bite. would recommend this place to anyone including family venues.

I had a meal after watching the football game at another pub, me and my partner both had a steak, they were cooked perfectly absolutely loved the double upgrade on the chips. Service was impeccable Mitchell was really polite handsome presentable young man also!

Well me and my pal attended this evening as we were looking for somewhere for a meal. We were met with a warm welcome and shown to our table. After ordering drinks, we ordered food and the waiting time was more than adequate. The food was wonderful. But the best part of the evening was the unbelievable customer service we received from Molly and Lauren. Customer service is everything and these two gave the best service possible! An absolute credit to that restaurant. Ok the food was absolutely great, but customer service like that is what will bring people back time and time again. Everything from a warm greeting, to a polite manner, wonderful attitudes, attention to detail, concern and consideration...........the list goes on.

Lovely staff, food arrived promptly. There was a slightly reduced menu, maybe because it was the day after New Year? But we were still able to order more or less what we wanted and it was all really enjoyable.

Food was lovely, warm. Came quickly. I forgot to alter my order, asked Mitchell to change my fries to chips afterwards and he was polite and changed the order before it was made.
