I have used Ebbw vales Iceland store for years!!, guess I always will, luvs the place!, never changes to be honest!!.

Love doing frozen food shopping here. Value for money

Great selection of foodstuffs, staff very friendly and professional although grossly overworked. Long queues only 1 till open. Staff member just smiled and coped admirably.

Not a big shop but has everything you need at very competitive prices. The shop is quite small and narrow but is great. The staff and drivers are always so friendly and will pack your shopping for you at the till if you want it delivered later in the day. Most of the meals they do are great value as are their promotions and multi buys.

I have had numerous deliveries from here and they always come on time and with long use by dates. I’ve also had a few free loaves of bread because they were close to the use by date which is a bonus.

Substitute items are always close to what you would get and I like that you can add to your delivery right up until a few hours before. They also now do same day delivery.

I order food to be delivered from here every fortnight. Big shout out to the delivery drivers I have had they are lovely lovely guys. Nothing is too much trouble. Also never had a problem with stock

Excellent shop.
The only place in ebbw vale that I can get my sons main food source and always stocked up .

Great service, not always able to arrange home deliveries due to a shortage if drivers but a great little local shop which is great if you use the clubcard and shop with commercial savvy. Ideal for those who don't drive or don't want to stop shopping for the day or don't like or want to carry lots of grocery shopping but do like to shop, get inspiration, choose their own produce and get it delivered at a more convenient time later in the day.

First time we’ve used home delivery in a long time. The 1st delivery driver missed a few items when dropped off, easy mistake, no dramas. I phoned the store an hour later, when I realised and the 7-9pm driver brought them out an hour later plus a few extras for the inconvenience, missed his name but customer service done right, top guy. We normally use tesco but will for sure be using Iceland a lot more now to top up the freezer 👍

Very good parking but downside it is not free. Good access and disabled parking. Staff very helpful and willing to assist with your shopping. Wide aisles. Very good variety of frozen and non frozen foods. Very friendly staff and smiling. No problems in any way. Recommend it. Xxx

Iceland is always a good shopping experience as it stocks a good range of frozen food and vegetables, as well as a useful range of grocery at competitive prices, a proportion of which are unbeatable such as the packs of Pepsi and Coke on sale at the moment. Iceland also supplies a free delivery service for bulk shops over £25, add to this good customer service and helpful delivery people, makes Iceland a good shopping choice

A good place to go, they havent got as much sauces as expected but they got pretty much everything else, from frozen food (obviously) to crisps and alcohol, there microwave meals are the best there is a wide variety of them, and the bacon crunches are the best!!!
