Selbon were absolutely wonderful to deal with when selling my house. They were quickest to come back to us regarding valuing the property and gave us a realistic valuation. I cannot recommend Mark Noble and his team highly enough. From start to finish, they have shown the utmost professionalism and efficiency with every aspect of selling our home.

I honestly cannot recommend Selbon and their team enough.

Mark valued my house advising me where we should start with the price. My house sold the same day it went on to the open market.
Mark showed all the prospective buyers around in one day, he achieved over the asking price with several buyers bidding for it. Advising us all the way.
Unfortunately we lost our buyer due to their buyer dropping out.
However without hesitation Mark jumped straight back in again putting my house straight back on the market and without fail…. Did it again! Achieving a sale the same day for the same amount of money with a cash buyer…

We bought our absolute dream home in Church Crookham through Selbon and we can't thank you enough! We had met Mark Noble before viewing another property which wasn't right for us. Fast forward two months and because we had registered interest with Selbon they knew exactly what house we were looking for. Mark phoned my husband the day he took on the keys to this property and offered us a viewing. Mark was honest with what the sellers were looking for with regards to offers and selbon were very efficient with securing the offer for us the very next day. Fast forward 6 months we then suffered a chain collapse which was not our fault and very unfortunate as we had to meet a mortgage offer deadline in 6 weeks. We were devastated at the thought of loosing this house but Selbon were so fair and very understanding along with their seller. They gave us a few days to secure another buyer for ours and kept in touch with great communication from Guy. Selbon deserves to be successful in the local area they really do provide 5 star personal service. We hope never to move again but would highly recommend Selbon! Thank you !

From our first dealings with Mark, and later when we started working with Jake, we were always incredibly impressed with Selbons. As a buyer in the Fleet and Church Crookham area, it was clear they were a cut above the rest when it came to service and communication, and it was refreshing to deal with an honest estate agent vs what we've sadly come to expect from the profession. Whilst we didn't end up buying through them, we would absolutely recommend them and it's no surprise the increasing number of Selbon signs you see in the area - it's fully deserved.

I have to give Selbon 5 stars , they are very responsive and extremely helpful which is such a contrast to other agents in Fleet who have been very hit and miss in their willingness to help us find our new home. Selbon are a family business and this is reflected in the great service Mark and his team give their clients.

Jake at Selbon was very accommodating in arranging our 1st viewing and the 2 viewings we had were well handled by both Mark's . We loved the house so put in our offer and after a few very enjoyable calls during negotiations our offer was accepted by the seller.

Our purchase was handled buy Guy their Sales progression manager and he smoothed the whole process, which I can say with all honesty was a difficult challenge for anyone , so he has our sincere thanks.

Where do I start ? Personally having bought from selbon & then gone on to sell through them I litrally CAN not recommend them enough.
Having mistakenly used 2 high Street agents previously ( the first having the most AWFUL issues ) I can firmly say from experience selbon are a cut above the rest.
Firstly Mark , I owe you a huge apology after stupidly not going with selbon from the start. Unlike some agents selbon are honest in their valuation , so proffesional & do not force properties on wrong suiters which in turn causes so many no shows. You will never ever get this with selbon.
We owe SO much to the amazing Jake , who was litrally my rock throughout. Selbon are so lucky to have an agent like Jake . His proffesionalism , helpfulness, compassion , empathy are second to none. On multiple occasions he helped us with issues out of hours .. can not thank Jake enough for everything.
Every member of staff at selbon are amazing though anyone you have the pleasure of dealing with you will be in super safe hands.
After the sale happens you will be in the safest hands ever with Guy. His patience & support are something else. He NEVER gave up even when it seemed impossible. He managed to get us exchanged & completed something after such a journey I never ever thought would be possible.
