Now! Lettings

We've been renting through now lettings for a few months and have received really good service whenever we've contacted them. They're definitely one of the best lettings agent I've had experience with.

Can not recommend Now! Lettings enough! The property was let quickly and efficiently, issues always dealt with in a timely fashion and with as little disturb to me as possible! I have told people to let through These guys numerous times, as a landlord and a tenant! Much friendlier and personable service as opposed to the bigger agents in the area who may try to sway you with their “portfolio’s” - dont be swayed! These guys are a small but fab office!

These guys were soooo helpful when i had a boiler problem. Lisa was amazing! 5 star +

This is a bit late in coming as I was meaning to do this for a while and forgot.. we previously rented a flat in West London via Now Lettings (until August 2022). Initially the service was so poor. Couldn't get hold of them, slow email responses, very frustrating. But then the person we were dealing with left and Rachel and Chloe stepped in. Both were great, particularly Rachel who really helped us a lot with a tricky tenancy renewal and was brilliant in helping us get our deposit back in good time when we left the property. She was very professional and helpful. 4 stars rather than 5 only due to the first few months (again, because of someone who no longer works there).

Very bad experience throughout our tenancy. We continually had to chase them for each update and were left with many ongoing issues unresolved. Rude and very unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend.

We lived in one of their properties for more than two years, yet nothing mattered.

After almost two months, we are still waiting for the deposit release, which we are not even sure they had in a protected scheme. They want to charge us for cleaning (even though when we moved in there was a cockroach on the kitchen), the fridge removal (of course it doesn’t work perfectly, it never did since it has more than 15 years at the very least).

During the tenancy, anytime we had a problem, we had to wait (if we were lucky) a month for their response. Even when they responded, they were just waiting for us to solve the issue, since they never check the flat not even to welcome us the first day, neither the last.

Also, we wanted to renegotiate the contract to stay longer only to find out that they wanted to increase the rent 20%, therefore, we moved out. Later on, we checked online and they were offering the property cheaper than they did to us.

If you can, kindly avoid this agency.

Horrible letting agent who treat tenants as if they are living rent free. Make life miserable, bad response to maintenance issues, would start to pester you several months before renewal is due and use all tactics available to get you to agree to increased rent. Extremely harassing and disrespectful behavior throughout. Not only that, didn’t even bother to return my tenancy deposit. Am getting nothing back from these people. Check before renting and if its Now lettings - stay away.

Dreadful from start to finish. Had no heating for 2 months and no fridge for 6 weeks. Took them 2 months to tell us that our tenancy agent had left the business and so all of our issues had been falling on deaf ears. They never answer the phone and you have to send countless emails, their website has been “under maintenance” for the past 18 months, still awaiting our deposit after 6 weeks of leaving and were deducted a ridiculous amount for “dust”. Considering this is a letting agency, I found it very suspicious that the landlord was a listed director of the company but we had no direct contact for Kim Clayton (landlord) and never spoke to her once throughout our tenancy which also stinks. Avoid this company like the plague.

Stay away!!!. They didn't release our deposit for more than 3 months. They don`t answer emails and you can reach them by phone. They will give you lots of reasons just to charge you. When we moved out we had professional cleaning done, we paid £280 for that, stupid of us. They told us that they need to charge us for re-decoration, even though the check out states that everything in the house was left in fairy wear and tear state. If you care about your money, stay away from this company. They charged us in the end £160 and instead of writing re-decorating as they told my wife that the charge will be for ( which is illegal to charge for that, after the check out report that we had) they put cleaning on the charge.

If I would be able to give them rating of -10, I would definitely do it! Stay away from them, we are still waiting for our deposit back 3months after we moved out and they keep ignoring us! Kimberley one of the agents is rude and unprofessional, they activity is illegal and we are going further by taking legal actions against them. Stay away!!!

Abysmal customer service, workers have been rude to me on a few occasions where I'd called up. I had lost my pair keys (which were security keys so they had to order them) and after 7 months of back and forth emails and calls where they kept delaying ordering them one of the ladies said to a new employee that I spoke to that I had never spoken to her to order a new pair. Has also been 2 months since I moved out and am yet to have my security deposit costs to be calculated, also they supposedly don't have the pictures of the flat when we moved in for us to compare to. 10/10 would not recommend.

From the perspective of a landlord Now Lettings are absolutely useless. Avoid.
They were brilliant about 3 years ago but since then have gone totally down hill. If only zero stars was an option.

My partner moved out over two months now and still have not received her deposit. There is never anyone to speak to!!! if and when you finally find someone to speak to he will respond is, he’s only there to answer the phones!!

The customer service was rude and unprofessional. The landlord alongside the managing agent were not very cooperative towards us, the tenants. Highly not recommended.

They dont answer emails or phone, really bad experience with them leaving a property. Avoid.
