Fantastic customer service and products once again. Our latest purchase included a couple of hats and some new Ariat boots for my eldest daughter. Both girls went to school dressed as Dolly Parton for World Book Day. The hats and boots have been much loved since and I'm sure will continue to be. Had a fantastic experience with Wild Wild Western Wear. Ordered a pair of Ariat boots, unfortunately felt they were too large. Had no problem returning, and received great advice from Carly. Now have another pair that am very happy with. Great service.

Staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, passionate and above all patient as they want to make sure you find the perfect pair of boots.

Even though the shop isn’t that large, they have a great selection of products, and we were there over an hour looking and trying things on before purchasing 2 pairs of boots.

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the market for cowboy boots or other cowboy clothing/accessories!

Found this shop online and it was only 35 minutes drive for me. Couldn’t believe it was on my doorstep like this. I walked in and it was like an Aladdin’s Cave of the most exquisite leather boots and amazing selection of cowboy hats. The boots are of exceptional quality, all sent from the states, as are the hats.
You are getting real quality in this shop. I also could not get over the customer service. Every time I mentioned the type of thing I was looking for, there were people running around after me…Getting numerous boots out of boxes for me to try, & lots of different colours of cowboy hats. I just mentioned I like to certain colour and then I had staff offering their assistance/ideas and really giving me so much time and attention. I’m thrilled that I found this place.
The ladies and girls in the shop couldn’t do enough, and I will definitely be back. I ended up buying quite a few pieces for my next country gig. I’m so excited that I found this shop!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟💖🤠

Where to start. Such an amazing selection of boots, hats, belts, shirts. And good stock of sizes. I was helped a lot by a Jess who was amazing. So helpful, patient but not pressured. Really went through the process of fitting my boots properly and explaining about the crazy sizing and breaking them in. Ended up buying Ariat boots, Ariat jeans and a belt. Will definitely be back.

Popped in on late Saturday afternoon, to get my first pair of cow girl boots. The range they have is amazing boots, hats, shirts you name it.The customer service was outstanding, I tried on a lot of boots, and they wanted to make sure I found a pair that fit, and was perfect for me. The staff are very friendly, I highly recommend, and you can guarantee I will be back for more boots.

The three ladies that helped us were wonderful and helped my boyfriend to find the perfect boots that fit and felt 100% correct in how they should when you first get them. Amazing shop! Great selection of clothes, boots, belts etc. Really knowledgeable people who were very helpful. Will definitely be back again if we need anything even though it is not local for us, it is worth making the trip.

Have purchased MANY times over the years from this store. I have absolutely no faults to report what so ever and in fact they have been incredibly patient with me over the years as I often have to ship items back to change sizes do to my size being right in the middle between most large and extra large sizes.
